About the festival

AFI FEST 2009 presented by Audi, which debuts its groundbreaking “See a Film on Us” initiative featuring FREE TICKETS TO ALL FILMS, will be headquartered at the historic Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, the Hollywood Mann 6 Theatres and the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel between October 30 and November 5. AFI FEST will then move to Santa Monica for the final two days of screenings presented in association with the American Film Market (AFM). Red carpet Galas will be featured each night at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. FREE TICKETS – AFI’s gift to movie-lovers in celebration of the world of film and Audi’s 100 years of automotive success -- are available to all festival movies.
