Mini-Schnauzer puppies starting to wrestle with each other on day 22. The little female is going after her brother. She's probably getting him back for knocking her off the nipple so many times before.
Tessa and Micky's puppies resting in their new bed. They are not doing too much at the moment but trust me when they know mom is around they sure can move about.
Mini-Schnauzer puppy opened her eyes last night. She is 17 days old and doesn't sound too happy.
Micky takes his turn in the pen playing with the pups. He's very gentle with them and loves laying there cleaning them off. Aunt Tessa is more hyper but the pups love playing with her too. Jayden welcomes the chance to go take some time to herself while someone else is with the pups. They are really moving around fast now, a little too fast for one of the little guys who comes in running.
They are now 3 weeks old and starting to wrestle with each other. Walking and beginning to talk!
The pups are "2wks old" today. We noticed that the only girl in the bunch decided to open her eyes for the first time just a few minutes ago. She looks even cuter now than she did with her eyes closed.
Jayden is relaxing on Tuesday morning with her 7 puppies. All are doing well, gaining weight and getting bigger every day. They love cuddling with their mom. They're all so cute.
Here are the 7 little darlings snuggled all together a couple of hours after birth. Mom and pups are all doing fine. Once again, the heat lamp makes the video look red but the pups and mom sure do love it.
Friday March 16-07, afternoon and Jayden had 7 pups. Mom and pups are all fine and relaxing now that the big event is over. There was 6 boys and then the last little white one who surprised us was a girl. The reason the video is red is because we have the heat lamp on to keep mom and puppies warm.
Thursday morning(NOT Wed's as I said in the video, Duhhh-I was still 1/2 asleep when I took it) and still no puppies. As I measured her belly (25in.-wow) one of the puppies kept kicking my fingers.
