The better educated the citizens of a given economy are, the stronger the economy becomes. The stronger the economy of a given nation is? The better my life is. I'm just here to present every side of the argument, every side of the story. I discuss these aspects within the current vlog ... NOTE: This is not an investment or trading recommendation. At times, I find ones are extremely upset by economic conditions and decisions that are made; of which they have no control over. My solution? Be a trader. I do not mean, become involved in the business of buying and selling stocks, options, and futures contracts. I mean ... have the mindset of a trader. I discuss this in the following vlog entry ... NOTE: This is not an investment or trading recommendation. The losses in trading can be very real, and depending on the investment vehicle, can exceed your initial investment. My Daily Blog is at: http://investorandtrader.blogspot.com/ My channel at BlogTV is: http://www.blogtv.com/People/Airelon We arrive at a new month ... December 2008. It's sort of been a habit of mine, that I put together some things that I'll be watching for the next month. So here it is ... Airelon's thoughts for December, 2008. I have three 'blips on the radar'. What "Should" be happenings. Where we actually "are" economically speaking. And what I am "Watching" in the markets ... Low Funded Challenge Project: December 2008 07:24

Low Funded Challenge Project: December 2008

    by Airelon (12/1/08) 293 views

My Daily Blog is at: http://investorandtrader.blogspot.com/ My channel at BlogTV is: http://www.blogtv.com/People/Airelon The reason for this video blog (And accompanying Daily Blog) is a subject that I see arise on financial forums is generally a post by someone who wants to get started. It was started to help just such individuals - who have minimal funds to begin with. I'll trade an actual $500.00 initial account, via a rule set that I describe in this video, to allow the low-funded trader to understand the sort of things he has to think about. Rule 1: The initial investment is $500.00, to be split amongst the accounts. Since I did that back in November of 2007? That rule is always done. Rule 2: Each month, I can contribute $100.00, that can be split amongst the accounts however I choose. In other words, I can send $30.00 to Sharebuilder, $70.00 to optionsXpress; or $100.00 to optionsXpress, and nothing to Sharebuilder, etc. I discuss how I'm going to do that in this video Rule 3: I'll be using regular investment and trade vehicles. Bonds. Stocks. ETF's. Futures Options. This video explains Airelon's Challenge Project for December, 2008. NOTE: This is not an investment or trading recommendation. The losses in trading can be very real, and depending on the investment vehicle, can exceed your initial investment. I am not a licensed trading or investment adviser, or financial planner. Timing is Everything For Bears Too ...

    by Airelon (12/1/08) 88 views

My Daily Blog is at: http://investorandtrader.blogspot.com/ My channel at BlogTV is: http://www.blogtv.com/People/Airelon Sometimes I hear from bears ( those with a short bias ) during a bear market: "This market is being manipulated! Why aren't we going down? Why are we up 200 points!" Simply because we've been in a recession or a bear market? Doesn't mean your timing has to fly out the window. It doesn't mean a stock will automatically be a good short. That logic doesn't apply in a bull market for buying, so it wouldn't apply in a bear market for shorting stocks. I discuss that in the following vlog entry ... NOTE: This is not an investment or trading recommendation.
