The answer to this question is yes, no and maybe. the talk show diva is still locked down to her contract with ABC until 2011, but after that, launching her own channel may prove to be her new full time job. But, let’s remember this is Oprah, the woman who does it all, so I wouldn’t be surprised if she found a way to have her channel and show on ABC too. A woman who was a huge Paula Adbul fan and an American idol reject was found dead from an apparent suicide outside of Abdul’s mansion earlier this week. Okay Magazine is now reporting that Abdul was so shaken up by this incident that she may be considering leaving her job as American Idol judge to pursue other projects. Kanye West was arrested Friday after an altercation with a paparazzi photographer in Newcastle, England. He was released without charges, but went straight to his blog the next day to rant about how paparazzi seem to have more rights to his personal space than he does. West was also previously arrested for a dispute involving the paparazzi this at LAX this September. Justin Timberlake is getting sued by a busboy. That’s right, a former employee of Timberlake’s Southern Hospitality restaurant claims that the establishment was anything but hospitable. According to the lawsuit, Timberlake and restaurant managers failed to give servers tips, overtime and even minimum wage.
