Dr. Breen has been in practice as a board-certified ophthalmologist in Northern Kentucky since 1995. His mission is to give his patient’s the best possible eye care including surgery if it is needed. He performs Cataract surgery, Glaucoma surgery, Lasik, PRK, Eye muscle surgery, and Laser procedures for Diabetes and Glaucoma. Diabetic eye screenings are available for those that have diabetes once a month in the Covington and Grant County locations of St. Elizabeth.
