As of January 2, 2012 I'm a NESTA Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach. My core understanding of sound nutritional concepts will help me sift through all of the misinformation and help to dispel any myths about nutrition and diets. In addition as of March 27, 2012 I've become a NESTA Lifestyle & Weight Management Specialist. The educational program and subsequent tes ...ting for the Lifestyle & Weight Management Specialist is based upon evidenced based research and actual studies that are guaranteed to bring results as long as the individual learns and implements the lifestyle changes suggested. The next step in my continued education is my pursuit of the NESTA's Kid's Nutrition Specialist designation.
