I wasn't sure if I could do this when I tried, and my form is not perfect, but good enough for my first attempt. This was the same day that I tried doing a pistol with a kettlebell racked for the first time. This was also the very end of a long kettlebell workout, about one hour and fifteen minutes. After which I shot about 5 videos and finally this. A pistol aka one leg squat with 2 16 kg kettlebells. My goal is to be able to do one with 2 32 kg kettlebells like Steve Cotter. Considering I have only been doing kettlebells for about 3 months, I would say this is a good start. Here is a video of me standing on a stability ball and lowering into a squat hold for around 40 seconds. Standing on an exercise ball is a great core workout and really works the hard to hit internal stabilizer muscles. Can you do it for longer?

The kettlebell leg weave is a great leg strength and mobility exercise and is actually a lot of fun. It similar to holding a squat as in a magic chair, or horse stance, but it more dynamic and a lot more fun.

Here is a set of sit to stands with an 8 lb medicine ball. The sit to stand, with feet planted and knees together is a very difficult abdominal exercise. It takes some flexibility and a lot of explosiveness from the abs. Can you do this ab exercise? More Ab Workouts Here: http://hardcoreexercises.com/workouts/core-exercises/abdominal-workouts/

Here is a set of alternating swings and cleans. It's a great cardio workout. Also, a good coordination drill and a good intermediate kettlebell exercise for people who want more of a mental challenge than you get from long sets of swings. Doing pull ups with a towel grip is a great forearm exercise. It is also good training for the one arm pull up or chin up. I am still a long way from that though. More pull up workouts here: http://hardcoreexercises.com/workouts/bodyweight-training/pull-ups/

Step 4: The final step before standing up on a stability ball is learning to balance on all fours. This is very similar to step 3, but an important step for safety.
