Hello! My name is Johnny. I'm a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and I'm also a boxer. I'm a 2 time Golden Gloves champion. I recently won the 2008 Dallas Golden Gloves 152lb/Welterweight Division.

I also play the guitar in a Dallas rock band called Mad Mexicans.

I've also done some acting. I was 13 episodes of Prison Break/Season 3. I was a prisoner from episodes 1-10, and a Sona Prison Guard on episodes 11-13.
