So I woke up one morning, stood up and threw open the windows to take a throat-clenching whiff of good ole fashioned, Florida grade second hand smoke. deciding that was a bad idea, i went into the kitchen and fumbled around for the bad of vaguely chocolaty flavored off-brand rice-y-o's and thought up some ideas for a nice sixty second animation. Remembering a song I made a while back in acid 5 or something, I figured I'd animate some kinda stick man character running about to the style of my music. Sounds good.
After a long, hot bath, I decided this was a better idea.
I like this song.
There's still a little cleaning I'd like to do (and the blind dude's movement's so LAME) but my After Effects trial ran out last night.
Oh well, it's still alright.
"You're the One" by David Crowder Band.
My "For the people" video, but in Russian.
Another bit for the motion graphics class, more effort, maybe, but definitely less fun, all well.
This time we watch as the young AE user tries to sell the concept of Linux to the commies!
Lets watch the ensuing hilarity!
The music is Прощание Славянки, or Prochanie slavjanki by the Red Army Choir.
If I get around to it, I'll upload a Russian version.
Not that I speak Русский, but Google can do anything.
Did this for my motion graphics class.
Just a short, 30 second bit on whatever.
Took about 20 total hours.
I guess I got most of the idea from the portal icons and a bit from game and watch (who has one of the more lame final smashes, I might add)
Well anyways, it's a great thing all of my assets are vector, infinitely scalable on youtube!
