Miguel Karam (born May 30, 1993) is a Lebanese teen act. After signing for indie netlabel Party Records, Miguel went on to have a music career as DJ Party Slayer; he released three studio albums, More Than A Party (2007), P.S. for Party Slayer (2008) and I’m World War III (2009), and over twenty singles. Miguel is also a music producer, working with artists such as ...DJ Butterfly (aka Ingrid Felfly) and his little brother, DJ Dance Floor (aka Marc Karam). On September 7, 2009, Miguel released his first singing effort (as B!Gmig), “I’mma”, which spoofs wannabe rappers and features his cousin, Ingrid Felfly.
Miguel has expanded his repertoire into a film career; he produced, directed and acted in several S1B movies and the still unreleased parody pic Skit Movie. He is currently writing, directing, producing and starring in a short film entitled The Ex-Man.
Miguel is also a website editor; he says that one of his favorite hobbies is to create websites and promote them. His most successful website was the s1b09 which reached #1 on Webs.com and the Personal and Social Pages Directory of LinkReferral.com; he has over 15 websites such as Yo-Club.
Miguel wrote “Un Monde Imparfait”, an award-winning short story. He used to write for TheSpoof and appeared many times as one of the website’s top writers. He is also a writer for Teen Ink, a monthly tabloid-format magazine which is marketed to, and written by, teenagers. He has his own blog as of September 2009.
The first official webisode of his internet show The Miguel Karam Show premiered on June 27, 2009 and received small audiences of several thousand viewers at Metacafe; Miguel first had the idea of starting his own show in late June 2008. His new hit podcast, HDB, refers to The Hilary Duff Bunch, a 2008-formed Hilary Duff fan group that he created.
In late August 2009, he started to work on his Stuff by Miguel Karam clothing line that is part of the indie design movement. The line includes clothing, button badges and other products.
