I started to perform on stage when I was in school, I was then 6 years old and continued to act through my school years.
I had a chance to learn singing when I was a student in Moscow Agricultural University (Moscow, Russia) since 1999. There is very large and strong student theater. We had professional teacher and she was coaching us for 5 years. Within those 5 year ...s I regularly performed on stage. We were presenting pieces of opera and operetta.
Because of economical reasons, I was not able to pursue the career in music that time. I chose scientific research but singing always was my dream and desire.
Right now, even though I work in cancer research I am searching for an opportunity to build a career as a singer.

I love singing different songs and I enjoy different styles of music. I have ability to sing on different languages (for instance, Hindi, Tamil, Russian, English, German) even though I do not always understand what the words mean. However, for me it does not matter because I can feel the music and I challenge myself to try something different. But most of all I like songs of Barbra Streisand, ABBA, and Queen.
At the moment I sing in Dalhousie Medical School Chorale.
