PGC STUDIOS was founded in March, 2002 by Phillip Carroll. Phil's first short film was a stop motion animation film made with Legos, but it wasn't until Safari John that things took off. From there many more films were created, ranging from Thriller to Mr. Milo and His Pet Oswald. Between 2002 - 2005, movies were made on and off. Things were about to change. In 2006, Phil bought a Mac, and everything changed. He went into over-drive, making the 8th grade graduation DVD, and Karate Catastrophe. By the time freshmen year of high-school started, Phil was ready to bring film into the school. He, along with Ken Carroll, and Matthew Thackray started the school's first Movie Production Club. Throughout the next year, amazing films were creating. Ranging from Mathematics Wars to Unforgivable World History. By summer 2007, Phil had Adobe After Effects, and things he never imagined being able to do were now achievable. That summer was a summer of learning, and from that, came a whole new group of short films. It started with the Wendrix, went on in Assassin, made a leap with Versus, and rose to new heights with Reminisce. We're now in the present, and still determined to make great films.
