The 4 Amigos, Mike,Tony, Bob and Pete in two Jabiru's a J-160c and a J-170c take an adventure flight to Western Queensland via Chinchilla and return to Caboolture via Surat and Dalby.
One of the stops for coffee on our days flying around the SE corner. Me and my good mate Bob, as always a great days flying.
I take my first aerobatic flying lesson with my instructor Paul in a 1971 AESL Victa Airtourer, T6/24 powered by a 150 HP Lycoming 0-320 engine. This is as much fun as you can have --- with maybe the exception of having sex standing up in a hammock ;-))
A pictorial of our 'Excellent Adventure' where 4 bloke in two Jabiru aircraft fly down to Temora for the Nations Annual Natfly. We depart Caboolture and fly via, Dalby, Gunnedah, Temora, Woolongong, 'Victor1', Taree, Camden Haven, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Byron Bay, the Gold Coast, Moreton Island and then on to Caboolture. 4 days and 1250NM, an adventure flight never to be fortotton.
