Having successfully recruited and engage ...d both client-based and technical online volunteers from Europe, Asia, Africa and North America over the last 10 years, Randy has demonstrated that the Internet can be an efficient and effective medium for highly skilled online volunteers to help non-profit organizations.

With 12 years of experience conceptualizing, designing and promoting non-profit Web sites, including continuous pioneering and embracing of evolving technologies, such as blogs, VoIP, SEO, Viral Video, RSS syndication and podcasts, along with 16 years volunteer management experience with leading and diverse not-for-profit organizations, Randy is well-positioned to communicate how non-profit organizations can take advantage of the Internet’s potential.

He is a Gold Medallist graduate of both the University of Winnipeg and the University of Manitoba.
