A trailer for my upcoming epic motion picture Nebraska to Newfoundland. Journey thousands of miles to the stormy coast of Nova Scotia, endure a harrowing ocean voyage, and then get stuck in the wilds of Newfoundland during a snowstorm....
Hurt is a music video I made that begins and ends with me playing the Trent Reznor classic Hurt, albeit performing the Johnny Cash version. Along the journey the video will convey the pain that I've felt since breaking my leg in August. Using my self-taught skills as a videographer, the film has a raw and grainy underbelly, with excellent sound on top of that. Please watch in High Quality, if the version gives you the option at the bottom right or your Youtube. Thank you.
A short film of me driving Choomba, my Ford Bronco through the mud in Nebraska, and explaining what my truck means to me. Enjoy.
Lava the cat, riding in my Bronco, but for some reason, we're able to hear his thoughts.
Installing a muzzle brake improves the ability to hold and control the fire pattern of my AK-47 assault rifle. Enjoy.
This shotgun is one I used to keep on my sailboat and i had never fired it. Unfortunately, it has a kick like a mule and a rusty return spring. Foul Language.
A short clip from the archives where my AK-47 "Rosie" jams, forcing me to clear it before resuming rapid fire. I am mystified by the ratings on here, btw. SO it's not a stolen Family Guy clip... Some people actually make their own videos.
Me taking apart my AK-47 and then putting it back together, and firing it one time.
Me test firing my Romanian AK-47 in a popular shooting spot NW of Holdridge, Nebraska, USA. I know.. a little campy with the Russian National Anthem, but I had to spice it up a little.
The Avro Lancaster Bomber was one of the greatest aircraft ever built. Used by British, Australian, Canadian, and New Zealand forces against the Germans. This video focuses on the aircraft itself, and a surviving Canadian model, which was built at the tail end of WWII and never saw combat. It is entitled the "Lucky Lancaster."
"Kearney Cricket Club: Trials" With a broken leg, I proceed to bowl several makeshift cricket balls ("tape-balls")to Arizona native Brian Call, who only gets his stance and form right during practice swings. Recorded in Kearney, Nebraska.
I don't know how Lava got the sock on his head, but Elvira the cat goes after him, until Lava takes a tumble!
In rural Tennessee, I came a cross a sweet, young cat, probably less than six months old. She was very weak, emaciated, starving, and came to me for help, help I could not provide. It is unlikely that she survived more than a few days more. I recorded her on video to give her some part of immortality, and to tell her story.
A short video showing how a very unconventional feline prefers to drink. Starring Elvira the bombay cat. Video shot by Robin Scott Johnson.
