A community can define the lands growth and development whether it thrives or drys up to dust. The Proposal brings new ideas to the front of the line, ideas if implemented could shape a lands growth in a fraction of the time.

Before you begin to plant a garden you must dig deep in the soil to loosen the ground ..., doing so allows for root growth, these are the same fundamentals of a human. A human must be broke up and separated from it's beliefs and foundation, to begin to grow.

"Otherwise you can only grow as much as you are taught"

Good will always be retained, for like nutrients to roots, good is what keeps a human separate from the animal kingdom. Available becomes growth in an abundance, and life begins to thrive.

Picture melting sand to glass and creating a river bed over 9 feet thick. Both careful in it's creation and in it's maintenance, we discover that water is precious, even the water we play in, like laying in a glass of cold water or floating down a river on a tube that was designed to flow at the perfect pace. The ability to generate power, a fish aquarium, where dinner can be yours to catch, a calm tube ride in paradise, beaches and swimming holes beautiful beyond belief and gratefulness engulfing the surrounding areas.

As we grow we gain strength and with strength come bigger projects, we learn self awareness and we begin to help the growth of creation while enjoying our own growth. We take perfected experiments and involve them in a modern world, a world of idea and ingenious developments.

More time is available to us for personal growth and social growth. Feelings become respected creating a coexisting life style, through hard work and equality. Retaining knowledge of how the community works and how much we are needed. Teaching of how creation is made is learned at a much earlier age, because the best question is a question asked and the best time to learn is when the question becomes apparent to the child. Minds begin to grow, the truth is spoke of by everyone, time seems shorter but last much longer, activities stretch on and people enjoy taking turns because half of the joy in life is watching another share in it's joy.

Walls are set in an imaginary mind state to uphold balance and stability on earth's surface. Invites are always circulating. The idea a community can be anywhere becomes the ambition and when people come together there shall a new community that descends from a new idea.

Already built cities and town will begin to feel the presence, and model community awareness. To help and share will become a frequent happening, for two hands are better than one and four hands are better than two and so on...

The world will lose interest in dollars and cents, the rich will see the poor man’s hard work and strive to be similar, the poor man will know the compassion of a woman for his hard work will bring a faithful woman and the faithful women will then know what to look for in a man, supporting the effort he puts forth to help the community, family, friends, and the less fortunate.

The rich will see a woman for what she is because her self-respect will grow, creating new beliefs, enriching old beliefs, and persevering present beliefs.
