This is a way to establish the X-Guard if your opponent has passed your butterfly guard. This must be done in the transition. It can be difficult to catch but it is one more option that you can utilize in order to increase your position.

One of the biggest goals that TrainFightWin.com has is to enhance our members skills. There is no better way to do that than to find a qualified instructor in the immediate area of the student. With over 3,500 members at TFW, I get a LOT of inquiries about gyms in different areas.
Now we are offering a way for gym owners to list their gyms on our site so that people in their area can find, review, and join their gyms. This will help them advertise, as well as help students find a home for their training in their surrounding area.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
