Teamwork Revolution and Team Success Builder utilize forced matrices and here's what that means:

A forced matrix allows you to only have a certain number of people in your first level. With Teamwork Revolution that number is five, with Team Success Builder that number is three.

After the maximum number of people have been placed in your first level, every person who enters your downline is placed under those people in your first level.

The same rule applies to everyone in your downline.
After each of them has gained the maximum people in their first level, everyone who enters their downline after that is placed under those in their first level.
