my name is mike. im 14 years old and im wondering do u think it is to erly for me to weight lift. and ive been trying to cut down on sodas and fatty foods but i just cant help it sometimes.(im 5'11" and 130lbd. so im not fat) do u have any tips on how to resist these cravings? thnx a lot
