Power yoga the most comprehensive workout you can get. Cardio, stretching and strength training all rolled up into one. Core strength and balance are cornerstones of the practice. Definetely one of the more rigorous and intense styles of yoga, power yoga guarantees a good sweat. Challenge is relative however, so it is still absolutely for everybody. Just do what you can and be honest with where you are at that given moment. 304 Power yoga aims at providing a quality yoga practice in a clean, inspiring atmosphere. Qualified instructors lead various classes 7 days a week. We have a shower and clean towels for those of us who are crunched for time. The noon "POWER HOUR" class is a great way to rejuvenate half way through the day, and for only $10! If you are traveling or new to yoga we offer mat rental for only $1. Come enjoy a practice that will stay with you for the rest of a long, healthy life. Try living as a human being instead of a human doing, even if it's just for an hour or so 3-4 times a week. Remember to smile, even when your legs are trembling and your arms are burning! Embrace the fun in challenge, harness the joy in life.
Royal Clayton's, located in the middle of downtown L.A.'s up-and-coming Industrial Art's District. Royal Clayton's is a British Gastro Pub that offers delicious food and a comfortable atmosphere. Owners Tony Gower formerly of "The Derby" and Elizabeth Peterson, formerly of "The Hollywood Athletic Club", saw the possibilities within this converted factory space. Peterson and Gower have bravely revitalized this pocket of downtown Los Angeles, by bringing their vision to life, giving locals and visitors alike a great pub with fantastic food since opening in 2006. When you walk into the Royal Clayton's, you are immediately struck by the juxtaposed beauty of this gritty yet glamorous pub with a crowd to match. Part of the pub's allure is its stunningly raw, original 19th Century Architectural form and decor. Cement floors and gutted ceilings are set off by an 11ft tall Gothic Mirror and 200 year-old doors that create a textured canvas for the Tudor Era paintings that adorn the bar like a crown jewel. Where else can you go and have a pint with King Henry VIII? The lounge is a great place to hang out with friends, watch a live game one of our two plasma screens or play a few rounds of pool on us; ours is the only free pool table in downtown. Whether you don dreadlocks or flip-flops, a suit or jeans, an artist or intellectual you will find yourself welcomed in our unlikely watering hole. Sit, Relax, Drink and Play. Since opening in 2006, Royal Clayton's has been honored to be included in the 2007 and 2008 Zagat Guide's Nightlife Review, stating that Royal Clayton's is a, "shrine to all that is manly," and will "...satiate thirst, appetites and the impulse to hustle all at once". Royal Clayton's is also the proud recipients of the Roses and Lemons award for, "2007 Best New Restaurant, Downtown Los Angeles". Royal Clayton's Menu is a Blend of British and Californian that gives the customer a touch of the U.K. and the backbone of health that is trademark Californian. Our menu has been designed to satisfy from outstanding Fish & Chips, Bangers and Mash, Pepper and Onion braised Tofu Steak, or a gorgeously fresh Spinach Salad, all palettes' will be as pleased as the king at court.

The Blue Star was opened in September 2004 by Kash Brouillet and Patricia Ridgway. The Blue Star offers great food, using the freshest available ingredients. We use only smaller and local vendors whenever possible. This assures we can maintain the highest quality standard in our dishes. We make all of our dressing and sauces in house, hand form our beef patties and we even make out veggie burgers by hand, daily. Please stop in and see us for breakfast or lunch, or you can always call us for a take out oder using the menu on our website. Either way, we look forward to seeing you again soon!
