I am in week two. Week one worked fine and was pretty light. Week two however, steps up the program by quite a bit. My concern is that you only really have one day of recovery time before you are doing the same exercises over again (M-W-F). I am wondering if maybe this should not be separated into upper body and lower body to give 3-4 days of recovery time for each body area?
I also want to do your Fight Club workout and I have the same concern - same exercises three times in a week seems insufficient time for recovery. Any suggestions?
Arnel ricafranca your are a legend yo i am on my first week on the work out routine so i got a long way to go but i am doing 2 work out routine your and this personal trainer called vince cruz. but i tell you that i think he is like connected with your routine lol becuase is like the same he is doing 16 week just like the same as you i feel like you know him or something but men damm i after i finish my routine am going to be gut to cut soo please please give me some tips or anything i can learn to get more muscle it my first time to get like proper u knoe sexy body.

for the 300 spartan workout how would you do those in a weekly workout, would you do one video every day for a week or do a different video everyday and rotate them
Back to basics. I've layed off for years and have realized that the people around me are so out of shape that they think I'm a really fit person. I watched one of your sessions and it brought me back to my 6 hr. a day routine. I am going to start your routine next month after basic preparation. I will record before , during and after vids and post them on my channel.. I am hoping there is a way to link your channel with the vids I make of your routine. I have no doubts from my experience that your routine will be 100% infallable.

I found one of your videos about the 16 week six pack, and after talking to some people on Myspace that have had success from your programme, I decided to join your official site and start my training. I did my first day of workout on Sunday and my second day today. It's definitely tough, but at the same it I'm really enjoying it. Thank you for inspiring me to start working out and eating better. You are a saint.

Yo dude, ur vids are sick, i already used some material for my workout. thx. However, i have some questions. I workout myself, have pretty decent pecks and core, but i want more definition. What is ur diet like, do u do cardio? i strive for 1g of protein per body weight, do u do such? any other tips would be appreciated. thx.
