I contacted flyonthewall.uk.com to ask for information on one of their products. They didn't reply. I bought an item from their website and asked when it would be despatched. Surprisingly they replied and said that the item was not in stock and would be delayed. I decided to cancel and emailed them. They didn't reply. I mailed them again and ... they didn't reply. I noted that they had already taken money from my credit card account so I emailed them to refund the money. They didn't reply. The telephone number on their website is a high rate 0844 number but you can also find them at their registered address 16, Warrender Way, Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 8ED Tel: 020 8567 7131 Company No. 04803565 or Dartmouth Rd, London, NW4 3HX Tel: 020 8202 8612 . My advice would be to stay well clear
