Hi. Thanks for stopping by. I'm a world traveler and have a Masters Degree in Education, my specialty is Culinary preparations and teaching folks how to cook. I've taken a lot of Production classes and acting classes and developed my own San Diego, California, based Television show, Airing all over the United States and Over Seas (and I don't mean Hawaii) on Community ... Television, "Grilldog Presents". (see actual locations at www.grilldog.com). I've also published a recipe book called "Grilldog's Guide to Food, Fun and Friends" it is available on line at https://www.createspace.com/3360...
Here's a brief about my show...
Grilldog Presents: is not just about Grilling, the show promotes to be not just Another Cooking Show,
"... you know the ones, where they profess to show you how to cook a meal in less then 30 minutes and have everything pre-wrapped, pre-measured, pre-prepared and a bunch of other words that start with the word PRE or where they make you feel like you need to be a Nuclear Physicist just to BOIL WATER! We're not like that."
With a Master's Degree in Education, Grilldog, "Dogs" the inaccuracies of "the Other Shows" while teaching simple methods and styles of cooking, utilizing easy to find and inexpensive ingredients. Despite Chaos from the Grillpack and the pratfalls of his lampooning sidekick Billdog, Grilldog continues unscathed and manages to produce tasty and delicious dishes.
If you feel like the other cooking shows just don't go far enough, Grilldog is the first to admit that "Grilldog Presents:" just might go too far. But Judge for yourself. This is a "Four Paws and a Tail Salute" of a fun family oriented show, and the kids will love it. So go to www.grilldog.com and check out the scope.
Who knows, you just might learn something, and you'll certainly have a laugh. Air Dates and Channels can be found at www.grilldog.com as well as descriptions of each show and DVD's of the show. I've also posted snipets of all my shows on You Tube, just do a search for grilldog.
We have a lot of cool sponsors like the folks at La Cook a Rack a Ltd in New York who supplies me with great Taco Racks, Traeger Wood Pellet Grilles who supplied me with my wood pellet smoker for the show as well as T&H Prime Meats and Sausages in San Marcus CA who supply my meat. There's a ton of other great sponsors that come in and we demonstrate their products too. Check out any of these great folks and tell them Grilldog sent you, I Highly recommend there products. I've been inteviewed by local ABC News, The KJAG Radio Show and Sunny Anderson of Cooking for Real mentioned me in her Tex Mex 2-Step Episode on the Food Network.
On Grilldog.com/forum I've also posted a lot of my travel stories. We already have some cool logo wear. We are also always looking for folks to help out on the show. It's all volunteer work but it's a lot of fun weather you are in front of behind the camera. You also get to eat a lot of great food and meet a lot of new people. This is especially great for talent that just needs some air time and to work on being in front of the camera and taking direction.
Check out my forum www.grilldog.com/forum where folks from all over the world sit and chat about Food Fun and Friends, with me and all of the Grillpack of Friends. It's free! All are welcome.
Also, I do sell 4 episode DVD's at www.grilldog.com (you have to check out the "Road Kill Episode" And that's Cut, a Print and a Wrap!
