THIS STORE IS AWESOME!!! Just Brakes in Albuquerque was very professional and completed the work on my car in 45 min. I felt like I needed to give this store a good comment because after reading the other Just brake store comments, it was very bad. This store is AWESOME. JUST BRAKES ROCKS! THANKS JUST BRAKES! JUST BRAKES HAS GAINED A..CUSTOMER!!! Just wanted to let you know Just Brakes has gained a regular customer after the excellent service I received at Just Brakes store at 4311 Montano Rd in Albuquerque, NM. Thank you, R Decker VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! The store manager Chris Castillo at Just Brakes, Albuquerque NM was VERY professional telling and showing me what needed to be done. It was a situation where I could have been easily told I needed expensive repairs but Chris did not take advantage of me and for that I will always have my vehicles brakes serviced there.

MY CAR 2000 MERCURY COUGAR IS SO MUCH BETTER!! My car 2000 mercury cougar is so much better after I took it here. They even stayed open 1 hr later so they could finish working on my car and I could drive home that same day, instead of leaving it overnight. HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM!! I thought I needed new brakes so I took my vehicle in here. I was very impressed with their honesty and professionalism. I did not need new brakes they were able to add some fluids and I no longer had a problem. They saved me from potentially paying for something that I did not need. When I do need new brakes I won't hesitate to go back here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.!! I highly recommend this place. I went to them because of those radio commercials and the always need to save money but also be safe when it comes to brakes.

COMFORTABLE!!! Great Repair Service by Brit T. at InsiderPages My friend and I were in her and it just stopped working so we went here to see what was wrong and they told us that the car needed new tires and some new brakes. So she got it done and the people didn't really charge her much at all. they really helped us because we didn't really know what was wrong with the car. They talked to us and made us feel comfortable. PROFESSIONALISM!!! I thought I needed new brakes so I took my vehicle into Just Brakes in Albuquerque NM. I was very impressed with their honesty and professionalism. I did not need new brakes they were able to add some fluids and I no longer had a problem. They saved me from potentially paying for something that I did not need. When I do need new brakes I won't hesitate to go back here.

COMPLETELY AWESOME!!! Tony and Kurt and all the boys at the FLorida location were completely awesome! I would recommend this store to any one, and in fact I did, via Facebook VERY HELPFUL & PROFESSIONAL!!!! JUST A FEW LINES TO EXPRESS MY MOST HONEST GRATITUDE REGARDING THE TREATMENT AND SERVICE PROVIDED GERALD FOLTZ AND NATHAN LANGLEY. THEY WERE BOTH VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL AS WELL. THESE TWO INDIVIDUALS EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS FOR WHICH THEY SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED AND REWARDED. REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY!!! Took my car for evaluation of grinding brakes sound.Checked and told pads and shoes were worn.Replaced under warranty.Good work.Courteous staff I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK!!!! GREAT people, fast service, low prices - VERY knowledgeable - couldn't ask for more! Hopefully I won't have to return again, but if I never need do, I'll definitely go here!

Just Brakes Orlando Florida No Complaints Part 1: I want to make sure the general manager and owner of the location that I went to knows about a very special employee. His name is David Acosta. He went over and above what I consider to be good customer service. He stayed an hour after closing time and reworked my rear brakes due to a problem the drums. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!! THE MANAGER TOOK CARE OF ME WITH MANNERS!!!! I went there you guys are great but one of your mechanics broke my tire bolts twice but your manager Jay took very good care and with proper manners. I'm sad that they broke my individual bolts it took six hours but I am still happy with overall everything especially Mr. jay and the other manager ENTIRE STAFF DESERVES SOME SORT OF RECOGNITION!!! Just Brakes Houston Texas Review Part 3: This is by far the best customer service I have received from any business in a very long time. The entire staff deserves some sort of recognition for their efforts. I will recommend this shop to all of my friends and family. You now have a customer for life! Thank you so much!

WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO OFFER SERVICE!!! the staff at Just Brakes Dallas Texas are great!! did a great job, quickly, friendly! Josh went above & beyond to offer great customer service. great, friendly staff seemed to know stuff! WILL BE BACK AGAIN TO SERVICE MY CAR!!! I was very satisfied and will be back again and will be back again to service my car! they stayed late to make sure I was up and going! D. Bullard great job our car had shaking for a very long time but we didn't know it was the brake system. They were very thorough great! VERY PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY!!! Staff with Just Brakes were very professional & friendly! Carl & Harlan were awesome, they made it right,really bad experience before.

Just Brakes Austin Texas No Complaints.... C. Doe -Aaron provided me several options of service and thorough exploration. He was very courteous. We will be back A+++ I would recommend offering free tire rotations since tires are already off . People love freebies. No Name -Aaron was awesome! THEY INSPECT YOUR BRAKES COMPLETELY....!!! -They inspect your brakes completely and show you exactly what is wrong with them. -These guys go the extra mile and they stand by their work I will never hesitate to use them again.
