1. 3-Part Lunge 2. Squat Jumps 3. Sumo Squats 4. Prayer Squats 5. Knee ins, Combo Crunch
1.In&Out Curls 2.T-Balance Raises 3.The Hail Mary 4. Fly Push Ups
1. Rear Butt Leg Lifts 2. Fire Hydrants 3. Rainbows 4.Circle Side Lifts (20 secs each move) 5. Oblique X Crunch, Circles
1. Bicep Curl Press 2. Swimmers 3. Plank or Push-ups 4. Skull Krushers
1. Squat Jumps 2. Running in Place 3. Burpees (slow if needed) 4. Bicyle into Scissor Twist (Each exercise will be done for one full minute. Once complete, do 20 minutes of cardio while keeping your heart rate in your maximum heart rate zone. If you skip this step, it will not work!! Ask if you do not understand.
