The two finalists this year are La Bestia and Noodle.

La Bestia is 2 metres tall and weighs in at 135 kilograms of sheer muscle. Nicknamed the Nibelungen Beast, he's an outright giant. Noodle, an unknown challenger, doesn't look like much but proves to be an awesome player...

Nicolas Duval is one of the most imaginative directors in the up-and-coming generation of French filmmakers.

After training in graphic design at ISARD DIGITAL, he began his career at TFOO TV as a 2D/3D animator. His first animated film, entitled Neuron's Project, was selected to screen at Annecy 2004.

Two years later, he made Raging Ball, an ambitious project that brought together 3D animation and live action. The film won the awards for innovation and best short film at the HD Film Festival. As comfortable on the film set as he is with animation and compositing, Nicolas' work is unapologetically innovative, bringing the craziest fantasies vividly to life.
