I was UK Chiropractor and I used to work with International and Premiership footballers (soccer players) as well as running my own busy general practice. Now I am retired with osteoarthritis in my spine (diagnosed age 28) and with it beginning in my hands.
I live with my husband and two kids in New Zealand and do a physical therapy program 3 times per week to keep m ...y OA controlled so I can enjoy retirement with my family.
I also try to help others with the condition, giving advice on the best ways to control the symptoms of OA.
