I like dancing and i love to teach belly dance. A day without dancing is really quite sad.
You might be here because you're shy, or overweight, or don't have much self confidence, or maybe you just like dancing.
My videos won't teach you choreography; they will teach you to love your body and to improvise to any sort of music. And then you'll be able to join a live ... class that suits you.
I'm not thin; I'm pudgy. Yes I'd like to lose weight, but that will only happen with regular exercise (dancing everyday) and fresh food.
Real women have curves (hopefully in the right places). So throw away the junk food, put on some bright comfy clothes and groove to my lessons.
