I built this channel for the soul purpose of assembling any and all available information on the subject of Anxiety. Both generalized and social.
My hopes are to make a place where people can come and find help to battle this "Dragon" that we all deal with on a daily basis. I have tried to gather videos that can help us, and put them all in one place ...to make them easier to find. I have also added some videos that are funny, as well as videos that stimulate our minds. I believe laughter is essential to help lift us, and I find watching interesting videos not only informs us but helps take our minds to a different place, (at least for a while).
I have also included some videos of my own in hopes of sharing my experience, strength, and hope with any who would hear. I hope this channel will add to your arsenal to help you in your battle. PLEASE leave comments on what we could do to make it better and anything you think you mite can add to help others.
