The RSM will develop and execute territory sales plan to accomplish Metacafe annual revenue objectives. Personally handle and develop a territory/account list; and, as the business grows, have opportunity to hire and mange a sales team; facilitate resolution of territory and account issues; take the lead to create and package ideas that meet the needs of our core advertiser categories: Entertainment (Movies, TV, Video Games), Consumer Electronics, Packaged Goods (Food, Drink, Personal Care), Alcohol, and Automotive. Ensure optimal market coverage, professional client engagements, increasing awareness of products, services, and capabilities. Identify, coordinate, and attend all appropriate local marketing and advertising association events. Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of sales strategy. This position reports into RVP for respective Coasts
