What Is It Time For: a "Dance! Dance! Revolution!! ^_^
SEXY GAME! XD~WHOO!
Dance Dance Revolution! Is a video game that I credit for having come to my small hometown and introduced our little barely-bigger-than-a-city known as Albany Georgia to electronica and the lifestyle that surrounds such a lvie show! For a very long time, the background colors and the "anime stories" as well as later on -- background characters dancing to the music along with flashy effects and lights! ^_^ [first one I ever played on a playstation controller was Dance Dance Revolution 1st Mix and the first I ever played in a Video Game Arcade was Dance Dance Revolution 5th Mix! =3 First Heavy Song ever done and completed? =) Abyss by Dj Taka and THEN Butterfly by smile.dk ^_^ Won't forget the joy! =D]
Sexy Planet was the third song on HEAVY which I began to ever practice to complete after being able to do Heavy Foot after about a 2 or 3 month period of consistent practice. However, it was one of the few [if not the first] songs that I ever learned to appreciate ALL of the step patterns instead of just the high level of play that I could do and complete the song doing! ^_^ With my sister and brother I would play the steps and once we were all able to play the Basic [Light], Trick [Standard] and Maniac [Heavy] without too~ many misses -- we all each agreed that the Basic and Standard steps were more fun than the max level of play because of the "Jump, Jump, Jump, Jump, Jumpy" part was more fun on the part where in the song it says "Dance! Dance! Dance! Dance! Dance!" on the Basic [Light] and Standard [Trick] "Gallop, Gallop, Gallop, Gallop, Go!" part at the same part on Heavy.
...You probably know what I'm talking about if you play DDR. ^^;
The original mix of "Sexy Planet" by the "Crystal Aliens" I honestly enjoyed a great deal more than the version that later became unlocked when Dance Dance Revolution MAX replaced DDR 5th Mix in the local Arcade. It is a remixed version of Sexy Planet also by the "Crystal Aliens" which is indeed an 8-foot Oni Challenge level of play which sounds like playing DDR in a tunnel! WHOA! At the time I didn't know much about audio effects and the likes, but there is a VERY heavy reverb throughout the song I'm not so fond of ^^; I get the vibe now, but back then I really didn't dig the music for the 2nd version so much =)
Sexy Planet (Non-Stop Megamix Version Edited & Sexy & Performed LIVE! =)
Sexy Planet - TIGER M COOL Steps Style!
The "TIGER M Cool Steps" for the original Sexy Planet turned out to be... fun! ^_^ They were very much fun to make and put together. =) Hope You enjoy them! =D Initially I was going to call them "Sexy Steps" [and at the time they were name, my Bemanistyle Alias was "Arcilius"]. That just sounded too silly! "Sexy Planet! Sexy Steps!" lol! XD It has a nice ring though, but I like the sound of "Cool Steps" better. =3 Enjoy!
