1. Watch movies – with the scripts! You can download movie scripts easily online, and if you have the script in front of you at the same time as watching, you can really enhance your speaking across a wide range of topics. This is particularly useful if you don’t have a speaking partner and makes a nice change to boring textbooks. If you're unable to download the script, try turning on the subtitles. 2. Read and digest… Reading in preparation for IELTS can become tedious and boring and you may switch off if you’re constantly reading textbooks. Relaxing doesn’t mean you’re not learning, so why not expand your reading to texts you’re genuinely interested in. Magazines, newspapers and books are all valuable resources and the more interested you are in the topic, the more likely you are to read every word. 3. The power of speech You'll be able to find a large number of recorded speeches online (with the script), whether they’re historical, political, in the news or even something that’s entertainment based. You can listen to these and follow the transcript too – mimicking the speaker can be hugely beneficial to picking up fluent dialogue and new vocabulary. 4. Podcasts There are a huge number of podcasts available and many of these are specifically aimed at IELTS preparation. Podcasts are free and may release new material aon a daily basis. You can listen to these on the move and study wherever you are. The British Council Professionals Podcast is particularly useful. 5. Arrange a language exchange Okay, this is tough if you’re in an area where there are few English speakers, but there are always ways you can do it. If there’s a language school or university nearby, contact them to ask whether they could help you find a language exchange partner. If not, go online and use a resource like Skype – there will be many

Several herbal supplements are marketed for enlarged prostates. Saw palmetto, beta-sitosterol, and pygeum are all are widely used in Europe. They are available in the U.S. and don't require a prescription. However, researchers and doctors are cautious about advising patients to try herbal supplements. Because they are not FDA-regulated, there are concerns about a product's quality from batch to batch, according to the NIH's Office of Dietary Supplements. Also, the safety of an herbal product depends on many things -- the chemical makeup, how it works in the body, how it is prepared, and the dosage. Something else to consider: Like any drug, a herbal remedy can affect how other medications or treatments work, or interact dangerously with your other medications. They can also have side effects. And, the AUA points out, they have not been well-studied for effectiveness or safety. Before trying any alternative treatment, learn as much as you can about it, the AUA says. Most importantly -- talk to your doctor before you try an herbal remedy. Many doctors consider alternative therapies like saw palmetto to "have no effect on symptoms, except as expensive placebos," Slawin tells WebMD. Saw palmetto: Saw palmetto is one of the most popular herbal supplements taken for BPH. The extract comes from ripened berries of the saw palmetto shrub. Extracts are thought to prevent testosterone from breaking down and triggering prostate tissue growth, similar to the 5-alpha reductase inhibitor medications. Studies of this supplement have had varied results.

For a change of pace no title and credits are listed on this video by me including my name. It is almost a straight from camcorder to You Tube entry here with the exception of a little editing. I will give a few details here. The lead singer is Lawerance Rush who specializes in 'Motown' renditions. He does has a You Tube channel himself, I am not not about here on Meta Cafe. He may be easy to google or bing; *******www.youtube****/watch?v=TjnNK-3wXg4&NR=1 The percussion player-drums and back-up singers are not known by me, names unavailable. The dancer you first see in the video, okay I don't know his name either or if he is with Rush's group. If you like the video please tell Mr. Rush if not me, thank you for your viewing.
