Two Warner city employees are under investigation after being accused of making racial slurs on a recording made by a coworker. Michael Wittmer said he started recording his conversations with his co-workers in July of last year to protect his job.
Wittmer says he started recording his conversations with co-workers less than a year ago, when a job he felt he had worked hard for was given to a family member of a city employee. "It's pretty bad that you have to fill out and document everything you do everyday just to keep your job here in Warner. Wittmer says this kind of conversation is a regular occurrence at city hall and enough is enough.

A city of much history, politics and controversy, one of Berlin’s many sites to behold is Berlin City Hall.
Made out of red bricks, its naturally distinctive color is why it is referred to as the Red Town Hall.
Along with the State Government of Berlin it is also the office of the city's Governing Mayor.
Lovely facades, long courtyards, and beautiful rounded arches with the West Berlin flag hoisted high above infuses the people of Berlin with pride and honor.
Its construction lasted from 1861 to 1869 and was built in Italian Renaissance style.
Various rooms of great importance such as the Hall of Arms and the Pillar Hall lends this building an essence of historical and cultural significance.

Inside the four-faced tower are three bells that continue to chime the hour for the city's people.

This building exemplifies the popular Edwardian architectural style of the time.
From any angle, Cardiff City Hall reflects the austerity of what it represents.

Bremen City Hall is aesthetically striking and also functional.
Currently, it serves as the seat for both Bremen's Mayor and the President of the Senate.
It is exemplary of the magnificent Brick Gothic architecture that was popular between the twelfth and sixteenth centuries in Northern Europe.
The City Hall's architecture is a combination of cultures, boasting elements from the Dutch and Neo Renaissance styles.
During World War II its adoring citizens managed to shield the facade from the bombs which destroyed the majority of the city.

Take a tour of London City Hall in United Kingdom – part of the World’s Greatest Attractions travel video series by GeoBeats.
London's shockingly modern City Hall is strikingly dissimilar to its historic neighbor, the Tower Bridge.
This structure opened in 2002 and houses the Greater London Authority.
The eccentric oblong spherical shape was used in order to increase the structure's energy efficiency.
The interior boasts a 500-meter walkway that rises to the summit of the building.
Due to its shape, the main entrance to London's City Hall is not easily recognizable.
It seems to guard the river Thames, serving as a model of modernity on the ancient river.
