The Regulars Band is a resident Atlanta band that has had very good success in the 4 short years they’ve been together. The Regulars opened for Jewel at Macy’s Lighting of the Great Tree on Thanksgiving Evening 2008 for an audience of over 100,000 people. This event was broadcasted in Atlanta and syndicated worldwide throughout the Christmas season. The band played Lenox’s July 4th festival this year for over 200,000 people at the southeast’s biggest fireworks show. The Regulars have performed twice on Fox5’s Good Day Atlanta in the past year and has been included in many local papers, (the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Access Atlanta, Creative Loafing, and other local papers). The Regulars have played numerous festivals around the area including The Atlanta Blues and Music Festival (2006), Henry County’s Independence Day Festival (2007&2008), South Atlanta’s Relay for Life for over 10,000 people (2008&2009), among others. They have also played many famous local spots such as Eddie’s Attic, Andrew’s Upstairs, The Vinyl, and Smith’s Olde Bar. The Regulars released their first album The Regulars Band Ep last year, which was engineered by Grammy nominated Seth Firkins.
