Telecom Raja's conversation with political/business lobbyist Nira Radia which lead to biggest corruption in the world of Rs. 1.76 LakhsCrores. Nira Radia is an Indian PR consultant and lobbyist. Her phone calls which were tapped and recorded showed her lobbying for appointment of DMK Ministers, including A Raja. Vir Sanghi, Barkha Dutt, Raja, Kanimozhi Karunanidhi & Nira Radia are responsible for the Biggest Corruption in the world costing in 1.76 Lakh Crores
Manmohan Singh has often been the target of criticism by the opposition, and caricatured as a weak Prime Minister who waits for the orders of Sonia Gandhi for taking decisions of national importance. There has also been considerable criticism of Manmohan Singh for his inability to curb double digit inflation that has crippled the Indian middle class during his second tenure.
2010 saw some of the biggest scams that have hit India including the 2G scam and Commonwealth Games scam. While Manmohan Singh has been personally seen as an honest, well meaning man, he was heavily criticized for failing to act against errant ministers in time.
The 2G spectrum scam has resulted in allegations of inaction against Singh. He has been criticized for not acting to prevent the Exchequer's estimated loss of 1.76 trillion rupees. A Supreme Court bench, acting on a petition by Subramanian Swamy, asked Singh to file an affidavit explaining his inaction for 16 months over private complaints made by Swamy in a letter to the Prime Minister. On November 20, 2010, Singh filed an affidavit claiming there was no negligent inaction on his part and that he could not have acted without examining all of the evidence gathered by the CBI.
A. Raja, the Telecommunications Minister in Singh's cabinet who resigned over the scandal, has maintained that the Cabinet was aware of his decisions on the 2G spectrum allocation. Speaking in May 2010, Singh appeared to defend Raja, stating that the Telecom Minister's actions simply implemented a policy already in place. However, a report filed by the Indian government's Comptroller and Auditor General indicates that Raja ignored the advice of the Prime Minister regarding the allocation of 2G spectrum licenses.
His party, the Indian National Congress, was criticized by the Supreme Court for appointing P.J. Thomas as the CVC chief, while there was an ongoing corruption enquiry against the same individual in the Palmolein Oil Import Scam. Manmohan Singh has come in for severe criticism for remaining silent on the matter.

Shape up or ship out - that’s what Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki is telling the his cabinet. The prime minister is giving the government ministers 100 days to end corruption or risk being fired.
The ultimatum comes after Iraqi protesters took to the streets during the so-called “Day of Rage”. Iraqi citizens are demanding less government corruption, more jobs and better access to basic services and electricity. (Video: Al jazeera)
Iraq’s Alsumaria seems to appreciate the changes the prime minister is making -- seeing it as an attempt to legitimately improve living standards and end corruption.
“Al Maliki proposed to reduce retirement age from 63 to 61. The Iraqi Prime Minister called to dissolve the municipal council and to hold early provincial elections.”
But NPR reports - the government is not getting the message.
“Officials still seem unnerved. Last week, state TV launched a campaign suggesting protesters are loyalists of Saddam Hussein, or worse, terrorists. Journalists and intellectuals have been detained, interrogated, and beaten.”
The speaker of Iraq’s Parliament is also taking action - calling for new elections in three months. A reporter for Al-Jazeera says - early elections would be a mixed bag.
“Al-Nujaifi's comments are a sign that politicians in the country are taking notice of protests. However, al-Nujaifi is a member of the opposition, and it would also be two years early to replace provincial councils.”
And the Voice of Russia commends how well the Iraqi government has handled the protest -- but adds the government still has a gun to its head.
“If the government fails the real national revolution will begin. As we see, the Egyptian-Libyan scenario in Iraq has been postponed but not for good.”
Maliki also says he will no longer be seeking a third term as Iraq’s prime minister.

Irrefutable Proof ICTY Is Corrupt Court/Irrefutable Proof the Hague Court Cannot Legitimately Prosecute Karadzic Case By Jill Starr
(The Documentary Secret United Nations ICC Meeting Papers Scanned Images)
This legal technicality indicates the Hague must dismiss charges against Dr Karadzic and others awaiting trials in the Hague jail; like it or not.
Unfortunately for the Signatures Of the Rome Statute United Nations member states instituting the ICC & ICTY housed at the Hague, insofar as the, Radovan Karadzic, as with the other Hague cases awaiting trial there, I personally witnessed these United Nations member states having a substantial conversations, and, openly speaking about trading judicial appointments and verdicts for financial funding when I attended the 2001 ICC Preparatory Meetings at the UN in Manhattan making the iCTY and ICC morally incapable trying Radovan Karazdic and others.
I witnessed with my own eyes and ears when attending the 2001 Preparatory Meetings to establish an newly emergent International Criminal Court, the exact caliber of criminal corruption running so very deeply at the Hague, that it was a perfectly viable topic of legitimate conversation in those meetings I attended to debate trading verdicts AND judicial appointments, for monetary funding.
Jilly wrote:*The rep from Spain became distraught and when her country’s proposal was not taken to well by the chair of the meeting , then Spain argued in a particularly loud and noticably strongly vocal manner, “Spain (my country) strongly believes if we contribute most financial support to the Hague’s highest court, that ought to give us and other countries feeding it financially MORE direct power over its decisions.”
((((((((((((((((((((((((( ((((((((((((((((((((((((( Instead of censoring the country representative from Spain for even bringing up this unjust, illegal and unfair judicial idea of bribery for international judicial verdicts and judicial appointments, all country representatives present in the meeting that day all treated the Spain proposition as a ”totally legitimate topic” discussed and debated it between each other for some time. I was quite shocked! The idea was “let’s discuss it.” "It’s a great topic to discuss."
Some countries agreed with Spain’s propositions while others did not. The point here is, bribery for judicial verdicts and judicial appointments was treated as a totally legitimate topic instead of an illegitimate topic which it is in the meeting that I attended in 2001 that day to establish the ground work for a newly emergent international criminal court.))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
In particular., since “Spain” was so overtly unafraid in bringing up this topic of trading financial funding the ICC for influence over its future judicial appointments and verdicts in front of every other UN member state present that day at the UN, “Spain” must have already known by previous experience the topic of bribery was “socially acceptable” for conversation that day. They must have previously spoke about bribing the ICTY and ICC before in meetings; this is my take an international sociological honor student.
SPAIN’s diplomatic gesture of international justice insofar as, Serbia, in all of this is, disgusting morally!SPAIN HAS TAUGHT THE WORLD THE TRUE DEFINITION OF AN “INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT.”
I represented the state interests’ of the Former Yugoslavia, in Diplomat Darko Trifunovic’s absence in those meetings and I am proud to undertake this effort on Serbia’s behalf.
