Stephen P. Mattingly, DMD Family Dentistry is located in Richmond, KY and offers a wide range of services. We will examine your teeth and gums, screen you for oral cancer, make x-rays of your teeth as needed and complete a TMJ (jaw joint) exam. After we review your dental profile, we will discuss with you your diagnosis, presenting you with options for treatment and fee payment, helping you determine the best plan to fit your family’s dental needs. Veneers Veneers are thin porcelain "tooth fronts" which are bonded onto the tooth. Only minimal tooth reduction is needed. Veneers can be used to correct aging smile lines, close spaces, whiten teeth and straighten crooked teeth instantly. Veneers are an excellent cosmetic remedy for a variety of dental conditions that affect the appearance of your front teeth, so you can smile with confidence! Stephen P. Mattingly, DMD Family Dentistry uses dental veneers to close diastemas (spaces between teeth), restore broken or chipped teeth, cover unsightly, stained or washed-out fillings, whiten permanently stained or discolored teeth and correct uneven or crooked teeth. Our newest veneer technology allows us to achieve this without removing any tooth structure and spending very minimal amount of chair time. Porcelain veneers have become increasingly popular over the last decade; tens of thousands of them have been placed to mask discolorations, to brighten teeth, and to improve a smile. Highly resistant to permanent staining from coffee, tea, or even cigarette smoking, the wafer-thin porcelain veneers bond tenaciously to your teeth, resulting in aesthetically pleasing, natural-looking teeth. Dentures Dentures are prosthetic devices constructed to replace missing teeth, and which are supported by surrounding soft and hard tissues of the oral cavity. Conventional dentures are removable, however there are many different denture designs, some which rely on bonding or clasping onto teeth or dental implants. Complete dentures cover your entire upper or lower jaw while partial dentures replace one or a few teeth. Complete dentures can be either "conventional" or "immediate." Made after the teeth have been removed and the gum tissue has begun to heal, a conventional denture is ready for placement in the mouth about 8 to 12 weeks after the teeth have been removed. Immediate dentures are made in advance and can be positioned as soon as the teeth are removed. As a result, with immediate dentures the wearer does not have to be without teeth during the healing period. If your natural teeth are lost or damaged, we can create comfortable, natural-looking dentures to help you look, talk, and eat normally. We use the latest technology to design or restore dentures that fit your mouth and your expectations perfectly. Stephen P. Mattingly, DMD Family Dentistry can help you determine if you need complete or full dentures, partial dentures, or no dentures at all. Crowns and Bridges When a tooth is fractured, has a large, old filling, or is severely damaged by decay, your dentist may recommend the placement of a crown, or cap. Crowns strengthen and protect the remaining tooth structure and can improve the appearance of your smile. Types of crowns include the full porcelain crown, the porcelain-fused-to-metal crown and the all-metal crown. Both crowns and most bridges are fixed prosthetic devices. Unlike removable devices such as dentures, which you can take out and clean daily, crowns and bridges are cemented onto existing teeth or implants, and can only be removed by a dentist. Dental crowns and bridges are a way to replace missing teeth or teeth that are too decayed to be restored with white fillings or dental bonding. Stephen P. Mattingly, DMD Family Dentistry custom crafts natural-looking crowns and bridges to repair and replace missing teeth. A dental crown is placed over an existing tooth while a dental bridge is permanently placed between two crowns to fill in empty spaces left by missing teeth. If you have worn, broken-down or missing teeth, crowns and bridges can return your smile to full health, function and beauty. Root Canals A root canal is a treatment used to repair and save a tooth that is badly decayed or becomes infected. During a root canal procedure, the nerve and pulp are removed and the inside of the tooth is cleaned and sealed. Without root canal treatment, the tissue surrounding the tooth will become infected and abscesses may form. When cavities become so large that they reach the tooth's root, a root canal is often necessary to prevent the need for a tooth extraction. Thanks to recent root canal technology, this virtually pain-free dental treatment can be done in just one visit with minimal recovery time. When the pulp of a tooth is damaged, the only alternative to root canal treatment is extraction of the tooth. After an extraction, the lost tooth must then be replaced with an implant, bridge to restore function and prevent adjacent teeth from shifting. This requires surgery or dental procedures on adjacent healthy teeth and can be far more costly and time-consuming than endodontic treatment and restoration of the natural tooth. As effective as modern tooth replacements are, nothing is as good as the original making a root canal often times the best method of treatment. Make an appointment today with Stephen P. Mattingly, DMD Family Dentistry for your dental examination. Visit us at: *******www.family-dentistry-veneers-dentures-crowns-bridges-root-canals****/ Call us today: 859-519-3303

*******www.etrailer****/tv-hitch-install-2003-ford-crown-victoria.aspx Videos are provided as a guide only. Refer to manufacturers installation instructions and specs for complete information. Today on this 2003 Ford Crown Victoria we are going to be installing Curt hitch part number 13707. We are underneath the vehicle and we are taking a look at the driver side frame rail. You can see there is really not much going on at the bottom of the frame We are actually going to have to take the hitch and clamp it up into position. We are going to use it as a template to drill out all four holes that we are going to be using to attach the hitch to the frame. This particular vehicle has some grounding clips that attach here at the end of the frame rail that we want to remove before we clamp the hitch up into position. 00:28 When aligning the hitch on the frame before we clamp it we basically want the end of the hitch to be about an inch off the end of the frame rail. Obviously you want it centered as much as possible. What I did is actually take the rear edge of the hitch and we wanted it to be pretty much even with the outside of the frame and that centers up our holes pretty well. With the hitch centered up I am actually going to take a marker and just mark the holes. With those marked out I am going to take the hitch back down and then we will drill out our holes. When drilling the holes I am going to start with a 1/ 4 inch pilot hole and then enlarge with 1/ 2 inch. 01:03 With our holes drilled we can start fishing our blocks and carriage bolts into the frame. At the rear location you can just set them into position. Then for the forward drilled hole we are going to be using the same block and carriage bolt combination however we are going to need to fish these into position using the provided bolt leader. We will take the threaded end of the bolt leader through the drilled hole and out the large hole here at the forward side of the frame. We will take the block and slide it onto the bolt leader. Then we will take the carriage bolt and wrap the threads of the bolt leader around the threads of the carriage bolt and just take the other end of the bolt leader and pull those into position. You want to repeat that setup for the passenger side and then we will put the hitch back up into position. 01:52 We are going to be attaching the carriage bolts to the hitch using the hitch and the 1/ 2 inch flanged nut. Depending on your application you may need to put some spacer blocks in between the hitch and the frame to not only level out the hitch but to clear the bumper at the end. You can check and verify with your directions for your particular model to see if that is necessary. For this particular vehicle we do not need to put in the spacer blocks in place. With the hardware in position we can torque our bolts down. You want to verify with the directions the specific torque rating for each of the bolts. You want to make sure that if you have a grounding strap to your exhaust make sure you put that back into position. With all of our bolts torqued down our installation is complete. Now that we have got our hitch installed we are going to give you a couple of dimensions that are going to help make choosing your hitch accessories a little easier. From the top of the receiver tube opening to the ground is going to measure 10-7/ 8 inches. From the center of the pin hole to clear the rear edge of the bumper is going to measure approximately 6-1/ 2 inches. This will conclude the installation of Curt hitch part number 13707 on a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria.

Okay, so, my dad asked (well, more like told) me to make this for him. His band (yes, he's the lead singer in a band. But no, I'm not some snooty rich pop-daughter like Miley Cyrus XD FAR from it) is releasing a new album for their 30th Anniversary, titled 'Thanks Hon' Yeah, that's just promotion. Anywho, this is one of the songs on his new album. He wanted me to make an AMV for it, to get his music out there and heard. Song: Crown Artist: Thee Katatonix

BY TRACY PFEIFFER ANCHOR MEGAN MURPHY You're watching multisource world news analysis from Newsy. He’s been dubbed the “Crown Prince of Terror” -- Osama bin Laden’s son Hamza has been appearing in al Qaeda propaganda videos since he was just fourteen years old. And according to the latest reports, he might have escaped U.S. and Pakistani security forces. BILL HEMMER, ANCHOR: “This is a picture, said to be when he was 20 years old, with wreckage from a U.S. helicopter. Now there are reports that three of bin Laden’s wives, who are in Pakistani custody, are telling investigators that one son has not been seen since the raid that killed bin Laden. Hamza was believed to be the closest confidante of his father.” (Fox News) A security analyst tells the UK’s Daily Mirror, if Hamza did indeed escape that night -- it could be very, very bad news. “This young man could be extremely dangerous because of who he is, and because of what he knows. If he has gone missing he will be fired up with the desire for revenge and held up as a figurehead for the entire al-Qaeda franchise... If it is true that he is at large then the fact that he was there during the raid means he holds huge credibility for the jihadist network.” But former White House counter terrorism advisor Richard Clarke tells ABC, the nickname of “Crown Prince” doesn’t mean he was set to take his father’s place. "Unlike a lot of Arab governments that are dynastic ... al Qaeda has not been and his sons have never played a real operational role of any significance. They did not appear to be groomed for leadership roles in al Qaeda." And a national security analyst for CNN focuses on a different issue -- the idea that Hamza could have escaped during the raid. She calls it quote- “inconceivable.” FRANCES FRAGOS TOWNSEND, CNN NATL SECURITY CONTRIBUTOR: “You know, it’s not like every SEAL who landed on these helicopters went into the house at the same time. There were SEALs who would’ve stayed with the helicopters, they would have formed a perimeter around it. You have to imagine, this 19-year-old kid, in pitch black of night after 1 o’clock in the morning, he’s gonna scale 18 or 10 foot walls all by himself, miraculously get over them, and get away while you’ve got a perimeter of Navy SEALs watching.” Finally, a reporter for Times of India Now says, the conflicting stories over Hamza’s possible escape further highlight problems in the U.S. government’s communication of information after Osama’s death. REPORTER, OVER PHONE:“Keep in mind that this White House has come under a certain amount of criticism for coming out with too many details of the operation too soon and then finding that some of those details were confused or not reported adequately and officials here are now indicating that even the speculation about this missing son might be a result of that confusion.” Hamza bin Laden hasn’t just been a figurehead for al Qaeda. In a posthumously published book, assassinated Pakistani leader Benazir Bhutto accused Hamza of organizing attempts on her life.
