*******ruggachick****/RUGBY: SUPER 14 2010 review Round 9 WOW what an exciting round 9! We had a feast of make or break games, yeah I am talking about great rugby action. Bulls 33 vs Chiefs 19 We kicked off with the defending champions proving why they are currently holding on to that cup winning the Chiefs for the 1st time ever in Hamilton. This was truly a re-match of the final last season ...and it was a hard battle. The Chiefs overpowered the Bulls, but the Bulls fought back with 4 tries, Fourie du preez would however argue 5 tries ?? OH and Thankfully Morne’s boot made up for his moment of embarrassment. Force 41 vs Highlanders 27 After David Hill kicked the Force to victory last weekend he has earned a good reputation in the australian camp, now known as “the big general”. Seems like all the Force needed was a a bit of confidence because this weekend they showed everyone that they can play brilliant rugby by picking up 6 tries. The Highlanders just didn’t know what hit them, maybe a bye will do them good. Stormers 33 vs Blues 21 The Blues were thriving on their confidence after their big win last weekend and the stormers proved that they have some back bone, stepping up to the challenge. The Stormers had a huge advantage with early tries, whilst it took the Blues a hell of a long time to get into the game and then they sulked because they didn’t capitalize on the opportunities that were handed to them, shame. The Stormers are back on recovery route, doing it in style. I think they had one hell of a shock with a loss to the Force. Crusaders 20 vs Waratahs 13 The Crusaders fired up against the Tahs and everyone expected a tuff game. Headline’s claimed the game was a bruising battle, I thought it was incredible and a classic physical battle between the teams. Dan Carter recovered from his crap performance last week and The Triple C phenomenon (cutaway) were on full display as Carter kicked himself into the history books yet again. This time for becoming the leading points scorer in Super Rugby History. The Tahs who were thriving on top of the log last weekend were the victims of a defeat this weekend, again proving the unpredictability of super 14 rugby. Brumbies 61 vs Cheetahs 15 The brumbies crushed the Cheetahs with 9 tries securing their 1st bonus point victory! It’s sad to say that the cheetahs played without their captain again, condolences to captain Juan Smith and his family Reds vs Lions I was at Ellis Park to watch the last game between the Lions and the Reds. With a bye in the pocket one would expect the lions to have some more life and energy. The Reds scored 4 tries in the first 20 min and with that the Reds clinched yet another one making it 3 victories on tour as they head back home this week. I’ll give the Lions some credit on their 4 tries, at least they got a bonus point, but still winless after 9 rounds!!

The 2010 FIFA World Cup is the 19th FIFA World Cup, the premier international association football tournament. It is being held in South Africa, beginning on 11 June and scheduled to conclude on 11 July 2010. The tournament is the culmination of a qualification process that began in August 2007 and involved 204 of the 208 FIFA national teams. As such, it matches the 2008 Summer Olympics as the sports event with the most competing nations. The final is forecast to be among the most-watched events ever, possibly behind only the opening ceremony of the 2008 Olympic Games. This is the first time that the tournament has been hosted by an African nation, after South Africa defeated Morocco and Egypt in an all-African bidding process. Italy are the defending champions, having won the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany. The draw for the finals took place on 4 December 2009 in Cape Town. Off the field, the 2010 finals have been notable for introducing the sound of the vuvuzela, a long horn blown by fans throughout matches, into international public consciousness

These days, the world’s toughest rally is about a lot more than just the driving skills of the men behind the wheel. Proper navigation is equally important, and of course: being in top physical form. And the Volkswagen team has been working really hard on the latter in the Austrian village of Grän. We went along to watch the defending champions work out as they prepare for their Mission Hat-trick.

Go here to watch any European Golf Tour tournament live - *******bit.ly/c0jWn4?africa-open-live-golf-12joan Watch Africa Open Championship Live Streaming Online with Trueonlinetv - Retief Goosen's moments Oosthuizen has confirmed that he will start his 2011 season in the €1-million tournament at East London Golf Club from 6-9 January, and which is co-sanctioned by the Sunshine Tour and European Tour. His presence makes for a strong field that will also include double US Open champion and 2009 Africa Open champion Retief Goosen, defending champion Charl Schwartzel, former Ryder Cup star and the 2010 European team’s vice-captain Darren Clarke, 2008 Africa Open champion Shaun Norris, and talented English professional Chris Wood. “I decided not to go and play the two tournaments in Hawaii because that won’t leave me with enough off time before the start of the new season,” said Oosthuizen, who follows Major winners Goosen and Angel Cabrera as having played in this tournament. “I’ve never played in the Africa Open so I’m really looking forward to it. And the conditions are likely to be windy, which I like. I played the East London Golf Club course as an amateur, so I don’t remember too much about it. “I remember the 18th and second holes, and I also remember it as being a fair test with plenty of birdie opportunities but also a lot of bogey opportunities.” “And it will be nice for me to spend another week playing at home in South Africa before I start travelling.” Following the Africa Open, Oosthuizen will embark on a demanding schedule that will see him divide his playing time between the PGA Tour, of which he is a new member, and the European Tour.

Learn Rafael Nadal's tennis secret at ==> *******www.tennissecret****z.cc OUCH! World number one Rafael Nadal has been dumped out of the season-opening Qatar Open by defending champion Nikolay Davydenko of Russia. The straight sets 6-3 6-2 defeat ended hopes of a showdown between Nadal and world number two Roger Federer in Saturday's final. While Swiss Federer had little trouble in overcoming France's Jo-Wilfred Tsonga 6-3 7-6 in the earlier semifinal in Doha, a weary-looking Nadal picked up just five games against the fourth seed. It was the pair's first meeting since 22nd-ranked Daydenko's triumph over Nadal in last year's final of the Australian Open warm-up event, but the nine-time grand slam winner was unable to exact revenge.
