Foxx is the founder and President of Get Rich or Die Broke: The New Generation of Wealth and Success and the President of the National Association of Real Estate Millionaires. Many know J.T. as a very popular weekend radio personality with the "J.T. Foxx Show". This show features such celebrity guests as Senator McCain, Secretary of State, William Cohen, Jesse Jackson, Trump, and George Ross (Donald Trump's right hand man), and celebrated authors like Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Bob Proctor, author of The Secret. Although his popularity and success on the radio continues to rise, J.T.'s true passion is continuing to invest in real estate and helping others. In fact, J.T. still spends 80% of his time managing his investments and purchasing lucrative deals at well below their true market value. At 28 years old, J.T. is known as the "Real Estate Phenom". J.T. has accomplished a remarkable feat by buying and selling over 500 properties and closing over $40 million in real estate deals as a result. He succeeded with no money, no credit and no experience all within the last 4 years by the age of 27 - in a hot market. Previously J.T. was flat broke and came to Chicago from Canada with the clothes on his back and his rusted out Ford pickup with 250,000 miles on it. J.T. knows what it is like to be hungry for success and because of this personal experience he is reaching out to those like him and others who dream of achieving their goals. J.T. is active in the real estate market daily, continuing to learn what will and will not work. Unlike most of the "millionaire maker gurus" who no longer invest in deals, and spend the bulk of their time selling books and tapes. J.T. vows to change the industry by teaching people techniques that work in today's market and help both new and active real estate investors make more money now.

A revealing cinema verité portrait of the former Velvet Underground musician, John Cale, in creative collaboration with Brian Eno. Director Rob Nilsson follows them to Moscow, London and Wales for the recording of a new album, “Words for the Dying”, built around four Dylan Thomas poems. This is not your typical "making of" documentary. Once in Moscow, Nilsson discovered that Eno wanted no part of the filming. The film becomes a clash of wills as Nilsson tries to cajole Eno back into the project. It is a subtle internecine battle, the camera crew tiptoeing through a minefield of bursting egos.

*******www.beet.tv/2008/10/huff-or-die-fun.html The comedy video website Funny or Die, humor site 23/6 and The Huffington Post have teamed up to create Huff or Die, accessible at funnyordie****/huffordie, to showcase their best political humor videos and blog posts. Funny or Die made the announcement last week. At the Omma Global conference last month I spoke with CEO Dick Glover about the site's soaring traffic this summer. In August, when the company launched Paris Hilton's response to McCain's celebrity ad--which rocketed to become its fourth most popular video of all time--the site saw 8 million unique visitors. Glover told me he expected September to be just as strong. The charged political environment is giving the site plenty of fodder, and other political videos like Gina Gerson's spoof of Sarah Palin are also helping drive traffic. The site's recent growth extends beyond monthly visitors: Funny or Die launched a British version of its site late last month featuring BBC comedy Little Britain stars Matt Lucas and David Williams. The US version frequently features its founders, Will Ferrel and Anchorman co-star Adam McKay. --Kelsey Blodget, Associate Producer
