Before diving into the reviews for these bad boys, we takes a look at the awesome packaging and quirky instruction manuals. Come get some! This review examines the packaging, cover artwork and instruction booklets for Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown, Duke Nukem: Time to Kill, and Duke Nukem: Land of the Babes with commentary from CGRundertow reviewer Kevin.
Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow video game review of Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown for the Sony PlayStation from 3D Realms. Total Meltdown is a port of the first person shooter classic Duke Nukem 3D released in 1996, and retains all of its over the top action and attitude. You control the rude and rowdy Duke Nukem in a quest to save Earth from aliens, with tons of crazy weapons and gadgets at your disposal. Even after all these years, this run and gun masterpiece has aged very well and still holds a special place in the hearts of many fans of the series. This review features gameplay from Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown with commentary from CGRundertow reviewer Kevin.
Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow video game review of Duke Nukem: Land of the Babes for the Sony Playstation from 3D Realms and GT Interactive. Duke Nukem returns in another time traveling adventure with gameplay reminiscent of the classic third person platformer Tomb Raider. This time around Duke is in a dystopian future where he is the only man on Earth who can save all the planet's babes that have been enslaved by aliens. Knowing Duke, he'd probably consider it utopian though. This review features gameplay from Duke Nukem: Land of the Babes with commentary from CGRundertow reviewer Kevin.
Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Duke Nukem Forever from Triptych Games, 3D Realms, Gearbox Software and 2K Games for the PlayStation 3. Duke Nukem Forever was in development for about 12 years before it finally released earlier this summer. In a sense, it's fitting that Duke's return went through so many obstacles and lawsuits, because a game this badass should never come to retail quietly. Duke Nukem Forever is rated M for mature, an ironic label for a game that's so unabashedly the opposite of mature. Duke Nukem has the muscles of a bodybuilder and the brain of a college freshman. Of course, that's the way Duke's always been. If you missed out on his games in the mid-to-late nineties, you might not understand what all the fuss is about. And if you go into this game expecting some transcendent shooter, you're not only missing the fuss...you're missing the point. This video review features video gameplay footage of Duke Nukem Forever for the PlayStation 3 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
Duke Nukem 3D video review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video review of Duke Nukem 3D from Tiger Electronics for the game****. This game is like the first person shooter that existed before first person shooters. You can move Duke forward, backward and to the side, but you can't turn around. He only faces forward, both because the game**** is exceptionally weak and because Duke is not a pussy. Slaughter aliens, find the door to the next room and slaughter more aliens. This video review features video gameplay footage of Duke Nukem 3D for the game**** and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
Duke Nukem Game**** review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room reviews DUKE NUKEM 3D for Game**** from 3D Realms and Tiger Electronics. This may be the worst version of Duke Nukem ever made, but it's pretty good for the Game****! The iconic, loud-mouthed first person shooter from the 90s beeps and boops off the Tiger Game**** handheld in one direction with never ending hallways and terrible sound effects.
