Watch this video on my site *******www.lisae.me***/24930 for product links, tips and more info. Inspired by a recent (and epic) conversation I had with a friend who had to face an ex soon after the break up. This quite rambly (sorry!) tutorial covers make-up tips for any stressful situations where you have been upset/stressed/crying etc. I was going to cut it right down to 10mins but after asking everyone on facebook if I should leave it long and chatty.... hundreds said yes leave it! So here it is more or less in its entirety - there's even a guest appearance from one of my cats! Hope its helpful and useful to all of you going through something like this. X

CHECK THIS OUT!!!! *******youtu.be/UAtJkOk7PKE Once you learn this technique it can change your life. Remember, you must only apply the concealer to the shadow that the bag creates otherwise you will make your under eye bags stand out even more. While some degree of puffiness may be normal for a given individual, factors such as age and fatigue may make the swelling more prominent. The periorbital tissues are most noticeably swollen immediately after waking, perhaps due to the gravitational redistribution of fluid in the horizontal position Elevating the head while sleeping can prevent the gravitational redistribution of fluid that is associated with eye swelling. A low-carb diet can prevent eye puffiness by preventing water retention. Eating foods rich in vitamins, especially A, C and E, helps to reduce eye puffiness and to maintain clear, moist skin. Dark Circles In most cases, the dark circles under the eyes are blood vessels that can be seen through the skin. The skin around the eyelids (periorbital skin) is the thinnest skin in the body (around 0.5 mm thick compared with 2 mm in other areas). Like varicose veins, dark circles under the eyes are usually an inherited trait. When blood passes through the large veins close to the surface of the skin, it can produce a bluish tint. The more transparent the skin—also an inherited trait—the darker the circles appear. In people with a deep-set bone structure, shadowing can also contribute to the dark color under the eyes. Dark circles are likely to become more noticeable and permanent with age. This is because as people get older, their skin loses collagen, becoming thinner and more translucent. Circles may also gradually begin to appear darker in one eye than the other as a result of some habitual facial expressions, such as an uneven smile. Information from wikipedia.
