Anna Konda is 3 meters long, weighs 75 kilos, and has 20 joints, each with 33 degrees of freedom. The robot doesn’t just shoot water, it’s actually powered by water. Each joint module contains hydraulic valves and cylinders capable of handling up to 1450 psi of water pressure. The disadvantage of water power is that the robot isn’t likely too be able to operate untethered, but that’s okay, since Anna Konda is designed to be a fire fighting robot. The high water pressure that powers the robot makes it very strong, and also serves to keep it cool while winding its way through flaming danger zones like tunnel fires, burning buildings, or near explosives or hazardous chemicals. And before you ask, yes…
Watch in High Definition! Classic Game Room reviews WARTECH for the Xbox 360 video game console. This game actually has a subtitle called WarTech "Senko No Ronde" but whatever, all you need to know is that it has Sega heritage, features giant robots with guns and is a fast paced, value priced arcade action game. This CGR WarTech review features gameplay footage from the game in high definition so that you can clearly see every "rounder" or giant fighting robot, the nice menu and graphical style and anime feel to the game. The action is smooth, quick and exciting once you figure out the complicated controls. You have guns, missiles, overdrive, B.O.S.S. super-powered fighting thingy doodles and about 8 characters to choose from. It isn't an anime game per se but the cut scenes, which are recorded in Japanese dialog, have subtitles and Japanese manga style. If a 2 player vs. fighting game with a twist is what you're looking for check out WarTech. If you want a fast pick up and play, difficult to master video game with a challenge pick up WarTech. If you've been wanting a new game but don't want to spend much, pick up WarTech. For the price this game packs some short thrills just like an arcade game. Classic Game Room reviews Xbox 360 games and is an HD Xbox 360 review recording reviews in full high definition. How is WarTech, is Wartech any good, should I buy WarTech? Your questions will be answered in this review of WAR TECH. Giant mecha robots, mighty machines, overly cute anime.
Classic Game Room was the FIRST classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999. Returning in 2008 with new episodes, Classic Game Room breaks out a review of GALAXY FORCE 2 for the Sega Genesis Megadrive 16-bit video game console. The Mega Drive has a number of space related games and first person shooters, Galaxy Force 2 is an arcade port from the arcade machine. This retro old school classic video game allows you to pilot a spaceship through space and fight robots, mecha, mechs and a variety of enemy alien bad guys. Made by Sega, Galaxy Force 2 is a science fiction based fps first person shooter style with a space ship flying through the stars. Do you like Space Harrier, Omega Boost or Project Sylpheed? Then this game might be for you. We didn't think it was one of the best Genesis cartridges but it could have been worse.
Mega Man Battle & Chase review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Mega Man Battle & Chase for PlayStation, emulated in Mega Man X Collection for GameCube. Battle, because Mega Man is a SUPER FIGHTING ROBOT. Chase, because he's in a go-kart for whatever reason. Mario gets a racing game, Sonic gets a racing game, hell, Diddy Kong gets a racing game (which was turned into a collectathon travesty), so it's time for Mega Man to have a racing game. And it ended up so odd, that it was deemed only suitable for Japanese and European consumption. I blame Spring Man. Or Guts Man, trying to get all cult-classic JRPG up in this piece. WE SEE THROUGH THE LIES. This video review features video gameplay footage of Mega Man Battle & Chase for PlayStation and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.
Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge Review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow video game review of Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge, an action platformer developed and published in 1991 by Capcom for the Game Boy, re-released in 2011 for the 3DS Virtual Console. Super Fighting Robots get remade sometimes. In this case, four bosses from each of Mega Man and Mega Man 2 are stapled together to create this, the Blue Bomber's (well, rather, Gray-ish Bomber) first portable outing. It's the same classic gameplay that made the series a hit, but with the difficulty turned up to eleven and the colors turned down to two. This CGRundertow video gamed review features video gameplay footage of Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge for the 3DS Virtual Console and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.
A concept for a transparent mobile phone, the world's first bionic eye, more jobs for robots in hospitals, sign-spinners get automated, controlling fighting robots across the web, and a bike that cleans the air its rider breathes.
Appleseed Super Famicom review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts & mugs! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room reviews APPLESEED for Super Famicom released in 1994, a terrible side scrolling action game based on the Masamune Shirow manga series, Appleseed! Play as Deunan or Briarios and shoot bad guys, fight robots and hate life as you slog through this terrible licensed game with sub par gameplay and ear stabbing music. Appleseed videogame review features Appleseed Nintendo Super Famicom (Japanese SNES) game play. Appleseed fans should avoid this game and read the manga or watch the anime (most of which is pretty bad too except the most recent film which was ok...)
