Solo se trata de hacer 1 litro de bechamel por cada ración de ternera o lomo. Por cada comensal tocaran , 3 o 4 trozos superfinos de lomo o filete de ternera, tres trozos muy finos de queso, tres de jamón para después formar unos montoncitos y cubrirlos con esta salsa que gusta hasta los que no son muy amantes de la cerveza.
