*******www.RenegadeHealth**** - So here it is... The eternal question. "Where do vegans, vegetarians and raw foodies get their protein?" In this video I explain two great sources of plant protein... Quinoa and Hemp Seed. Check it out... I think the biggest issue is that many raw foodies don't soak enough grain. Adding soaked and sprouted grains into your diet can be the key to lasting raw success whether it's 50, 70 or 100%.

High End Wine Driven Restaurant in Henderson Nevada Focuses on World Cuisine -- Private Chef opens Very Private Restaurant (Henderson NV August 17th 2008 ) On August 7th 2008 Fine Dining entered a new orbit in Henderson Nevada when Hawaii-born, Henderson-based Private Chef Don Espaniola opened the doors of his aptly named restaurant with his delectable menu. Espaniola calls it 'Intimate Fine Dining' and that is exactly what they offer. Chef Don, who is known for preparing delightful, star-worthy meals for his wealthy foodie clients in the privacy of their own homes, prepares everything at his eight table, reservation only restaurant. Espaniola has been private chef to the likes of Lance Burton and Blue Man Group during his tenor in Las Vegas. . After culinary college, he had the opportunity to work and experience the exceptional kitchen of the Emeril Lagasse's Delmonico Steakhouse. 'Intimate' is tucked back into the shopping center - at the NW corner of Valle Verde and Horizon Ridge Parkway- that already has a strong reputation among local foodies and food critics due to the presence of Two Sisters Tea Room, Settebello Pizzeria Neapolitan and the Valley Cheese & Wine Store, three of Henderson's most buzz-worthy food destinations. Intimate fine dining has already been called the" zenith of fine dining' in Henderson. At 'Intimate' Don and his small staff focus all week long on producing an unparalleled culinary adventure of a few singularly exceptional six to ten course meals . There is only one seating at 7:30pm and they are only open three nights a week. The rest of the week, "we are sourcing our ingredients from several specialty purveyors and messing around in the kitchen coming up with dishes. We like to have everything planned out and tasted by Tuesday for dinner on Thursday. People have no idea how much it takes just to make even a few ten course meals perfectly," the Chef says. That kind of preparation is evident in several of his dishes from the first week's menu which was designed to please even the most discerning palates, such as an ingenious take on the classic caprese salad featuring warm, melting homemade mozzarella on one end and a scoop of basil sorbet on the other, insulated from each other by a fat slice of heirloom tomato. Other standouts included Buffalo Short Rib braised in Fat Tire Ale and Sweet Chile Sauce, a Foie Gras dish with Coconut-Banana French Toast and Tamarind Maple Syrup and the Whole Boneless Squab stuffed with homemade sausage and black summer truffles. You get all of this plus three more courses and a choice from any of the entrees available that night for just under a hundred dollars. A ten course tasting menu has smaller portions of all ten menu items for one fifty five. The elegant and sophisticated restaurant in Henderson offers the perfect mix of upscale ambiance and comfort. Want to know what it's like to have a meal privately catered for you and a few friends? At 'Intimate' you'll share the dining room with a sparse few others and be attended to by the staff of five in a restaurant the size of a lone server's section at other places. The Maitre D' and two servers pamper the guests with their seamless service and impressive juggling of six to ten wines per person per meal. Chef Don also presents some of the dishes personally and stops by to 'touch table' several times during the night. "For the last several years I've had the fortune to be creating exceptional food in the homes of some of the most discerning individuals I've ever met, I wanted to bring this intimacy to the fine dining experience, and without sacrificing the whole concept by doing this among the hordes of people in town. We want the restaurant to be an escape, where time stops for a few hours while you're talking and eating and drinking wine. That's why I made this restaurant the way that I did," Espaniola says. Intimate Fine Dining offers a fine dining experience so sinfully delicious, it should be forbidden WHAT An Exceptional Dining Experience with 6 course meal paired with wine by private chef Don Espaniola WHERE: Intimate Fine Dining 1770 Horizon Ridge Pkwy.
