Dear President-elect Obama - Who's next, David Duke for the Supreme Court? Let me get right to the point. Your invitation to Reverend Rick Warren to deliver the invocation at your inauguration is a genuine blow to LGBT Americans. Our loss in California over the passage of Proposition 8 which stripped loving, committed same-sex couples of their given legal right to marry is the greatest loss our community has faced in 40 years. And by inviting Rick Warren to your inauguration, you have tarnished the view that gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Americans have a place at your table. Rick Warren has not sat on the sidelines in the fight for basic equality and fairness. In fact, Rev. Warren spoke out vocally in support of Prop 8 in California saying, there is no need to change the universal, historical definition of marriage to appease 2 percent of our population ... This is not a political issue -- it is a moral issue that God has spoken clearly about." Furthermore, he continues to misrepresent marriage equality as silencing his religious views. This was a lie during the battle over Proposition 8, and it's a lie today. Rev. Warren cannot name a single theological issue that he and vehemently, anti-gay theologian James Dobson disagree on. Rev. Warren is not a moderate pastor who is trying to bring all sides together. Instead, Rev. Warren has often played the role of general in the cultural war waged against LGBT Americans, many of whom also share a strong tradition of religion and faith. We have been moved by your calls to religious leaders to own up to the homophobia and racism that has stood in the way of combating HIV and AIDS in this country. And that you have publicly called on religious leaders to open their hearts to their LGBT family members, neighbors and friends. But in this case, we feel a deep level of disrespect when one of architects and promoters of an anti-gay agenda is given the prominence and the pulpit of your historic nomination. Only when Rev. Warren and others support basic legislative protections for LGBT Americans can we believe their claim that they are not four-square against our rights and dignity. In that light, we urge you to reconsider this announcement. Also======== As you know I'm the first American Muslim to start his campaign ever for office for Senator of the United States of America! I will seek Pennsylvania's seat that is held by the powerful 5 term JEWISH Arlen Specter. His 5th year term ends in 2010! I'm a Muslim who made the choice 9 years ago to accept Allah Fully in his heart after many years with struggling with his faith - with Allah's grace and I ask for blessings each and every day! The Environmental Protection Agency estimates you could cut your heating and cooling costs by 20% through proper insulation and air-sealing. "If you add up all those gaps and cracks in your house, you're likely to come up with about four square feet of space," notes home improvement expert Brad Staggs. "That’s like keeping a 2x2 foot window open in the middle of winter!" Those gaps and cracks have never been easier to find and seal. Black & Decker has come out with its Thermal Leak Detector: just set a reference temperature by pointing the device on an inside wall and press the power button. As you scan areas of the house, the LED spotlight will change from green to red or blue, identifying hot or cold leaks, respectively. For sealing, go to where the gaps are – in the basement or attic – and use Great Stuff Insulating Foam Sealant to foam around the outer perimeter of the ductwork. It will expand to fully fill those gaps and cracks, forming a permanent, airtight, water-resistant bond.

Marketing Your Clothing Retail Business - as part of the expert series by GeoBeats. We are all over the board for marketing. I have changed my idea of what I think is the right way to go about marketing all the time. Right now, we are really into the social medium marketing because that is just everywhere right now. So, I do a lot of Facebooking, Twitter, and Four Square, and all of those kinds of things. I am working a lot on our website right now. So you have a website connected to our store. And we, just in the last year, started selling products on it as well. And so, I have been working a lot on building a blog and helping it to grow which has worked really well. So we have been able to save a lot of money. We used to buy a tonne of ads and now we are saving a lot of money but it is a lot more work. So it kind of trades off and I think that it is important to know who your customer is and find out how to market to them. So we do a lot of events that target our customers. We do fashion shows at sports clubs and places where our customers are in their daily life so they can learn about us. We partner with a lot of businesses to cross-promote from each other. So I will give away gift certificates to a fitness center and they give away gift certificates to us, the coupons for our store. So I think marketing, the best kind of marketing is word-of-mouth and so I try to find ways to get more involved with that versus just buying ads and papers. And from time to time I think it's important to buy ad just to get your name out their as well. So I think that you need to have a very broad approach with marketing and not get pitch and hole in to do it one way, but try different things from time to time.

BY ALEX OLGIN You're watching multisource tech video news analysis from Newsy. Not sure what to eat? Or where? Well it might just be a Google search away. The tech giant just bought Zagat’s restaurant review guide. A blogger for the Huffington Post explains how the deal will work. “Rather than directing searchers to these third-party sites, Google instead could foreseeably feature Zagat's ratings and reviews, which are highly regarded, in search results, in Google maps, and in mobile apps.” Which means less business for online restaurant review sites such as Open Table. According to CNBC the new Google-Zagat combination has a more user-friendly business model. “It’s a couple of steps before they actually start taking business from open table but there are low barriers to entry and Google could certainly do the same service for free and pay and make money by selling advertisements. I think that would be a much better business model if I was Open Table, I would be concerned about the move.” Open Table isn’t the only restaurant review company that needs to be on the lookout. Yelp may soon be calling for help says TechChron’s James Temple. “Now that Google owns Zagat, the obvious question becomes: will it favor those reviews over those created by competitors, including the clearly more popular Yelp of San Francisco?” Zagat’s has been critiquing restaurants for 30 years. A CNN Money blogger says -- there’s value in the name. “Plus, the Zagat brand already attracts people looking for their next meal -- meaning it's a ready-made portal for reservations. Particularly if it gets better search functionality, which Google should be able to provide.” Finally Bloomberg’s Cris Valero says this deal means expansion into the local markets of Googlers. “This is a clear move by the search giant to build its local offerings to advertisers. This comes in the face of increased competition from companies like Groupon, Yelp and Four Square. Zagat has very strong ties to a network of restaurants and entertainment venues, something Google is trying to have access to.” Transcript by Newsy.
