So if you love to eat, I mean it's not the greatest habit to eat really that late at night right before you go to sleep. I kind of like to tell my patients that when you are driving your car around you don't fill it up with gas at the end of the day when you pull it into the garage. You do it when it's running low during the day or certainly breakfast. But again, if you absolutely love and adore snacking late at night then you can fit that in. Just make it a healthy snack that's lower in calories and nothing that will keep you up.
