Kathy was born in Hartford, Connecticut, on March 19, 1957. As a child, she was fond of animals and always had dogs and cats. She has two sons that live in Connecticut near her. She wrote this rhyming story for children and gave it to me a long time ago. She has been sickly most of her life, having juvenile diabetes at age seventeen. She is on dialysis three times a week. She has caregivers and nurses. She is blind but refuses to go into assisted living because she could not have her cat, Luke. Her dream has always been to have children read her story and to stop all the bullying! The photo of those in wheelchairs where it says “And some that can’t stand” are her cousins. We have an agreement that a portion of anything earned will be given to the animal shelter. —Phyllis Giguere, her mom To learn more or order the book: *******bookstore.xlibris****/Products/SKU-0126950017/We-All-Belong.aspx

Frankfurt ist zum kotzen ;) Jiggy while playing a Playoff-game for the Hamburg Freezers in Frankfurt during the Lock-Out season. Guess what, he finished the period unless he got replaced (the reasons for the sickness are dimmish, some say it was because a flu, others say it was because of the heat in the arena). "Frankfurt is absolutely sickening"

*******budurl****/WatchNHLLive Watch Toronto Maple Leafs VS New Jersey Devils Live Full Game or Highlights at *******budurl****/WatchNHLLive 05/02/2010 Three games in eight days against the Toronto Maple Leafs figured to give the New Jersey Devils a good chance to emerge from a mediocre stretch. After winning the first one, New Jersey faced a much different Maple Leafs team. Based on that first impression, it's also a much better one. Dion Phaneuf and Jean-Sebastien Giguere keyed a win over the Devils in their Toronto debuts, and they'll look to help the Maple Leafs sweep a home-and-home series that concludes Friday night at the Prudential Center. Toronto (18-28-11) had lost six straight and 11 of 13 when general manager Brian Burke made two moves designed to shake up his last-place club Sunday. Phaneuf, acquired from Calgary in a seven-player deal, and Giguere, who came over from Anaheim for Vesa Toskala and Jason Blake, were seen as building blocks as recently as two years ago but had fallen out of favor with their clubs.

*******budurl****/WatchNHLLive Watch SAN JOSE Sharks Vs TORONTO Maple leafs Live Full Game or Highlights at *******budurl****/WatchNHLLive 08/02/2010 This is the lone meeting between the teams. They last met on Dec. 2, 2008, when the Sharks cruised to a 5-2 victory at HP Pavilion. Joe Thornton had a goal and three assists. San Jose continues to roll, as the Western Conference's top team enters Monday's action with wins in eight of its last 10 games. The Sharks increased their lead in the West to four points with a 4-3 win at Nashville on Saturday night. Dany Heatley scored twice for San Jose. Not only did Toronto pull out the aforementioned emotional victory on Saturday, but it snapped the Senators' 11-game winning streak in the process. Phil Kessel and Luke Schenn each scored twice and added an assist in the victory, while Giguere, recently acquired from Anaheim, was perfect again in a 30-save effort.
