How to get red carpet ready hair?
We caught up with Celebrity Stylist, Nunzio Saviano from the famous Oscar Blandi Salon in New York City to show us how.
The hottest trend according to Saviano is the up-do and he says "its easy to get it. All you need is a brush, a little spray, a rubber band and some clips."
First---pull back your hair very loosely in a low poney tail, get a rubber band to pull it back, twist it up in a bun, and pin it!
Who wore it the best at the Golden Globes?
Drew Barrymore. Yes they all looked luscious in their soft chignons.
We'll see what the Oscars will have in store for hot hair! But we can bet we'll keep seeing that fabulous up-do!
Nunzio can be found at the Oscar Blandi Salon.

The nomination are in – and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association is out with this year’s Golden Globes nominees. They’re the best movies…the brightest stars. Regis and Kelly crown the king among them.
PHILBIN: “Best actor musical or comedy – Johnny Depp twice – Alice in Wonderland and The Tourist. How can a guy be nominated….I guess….?
RIPA: “Because he (has two big movies) is so good (He is good.).”
Yes, he’s pretty great. Only… opposite. Just ask HLN.
MEADE: “You know what’s strange? The reviews for The Tourist weren’t all that great! And now here’s it’s been nominated—at least two of the actors have anyway—for their work in that film.”
And on ABC, the nominations brought gasps and applause. Minus the applause. They think The Tourist’s comedy nom – is a big joke.
CONNELLY: “Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie both getting nominated for best actor and actress for that movie.”
CROWD: (Rumbles of discontent)
CONNELLY: “Sam, you look as surprised as the rest of the world.”
CHAMPION: “I am! I just didn’t think of it as a comedy.”
ROBERTS: “Did you hear the reaction from the audience?
CHANGE: “It’s more of a musical maybe.”
CONNELLY: “No, apparently it’s getting funnier all the time though.”
But wait just a second…there’s another explanation here. Dlisted pins the questionable Tourist nods on Angelina’s eldest.
“Did the Golden Globes ballots get mixed up with the Razzie ballots or did Maddox become the president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association without us knowing about it...”
Finally, let’s not forget the company The Tourist keeps. Also nominated – box office lemons, like Burlesque and Red. KTXL and CBS say – the category just… sucked.
DUHAMEL: “The Tourist.”
REPORTER 1: “Geez!”
REPORTER 2: “I like how they separate comedies and musicals from dramas.”
REPORTER 1: “Yeah and it’s a good thing too because that list was about as bad as…The Tourist, oh…”
REPORTER: “The biggest surprises that came out of this were first of all, you look at the musical-comedy category and we knew it was sort of a weak field, but Burlesque, a show that’s pretty much been panned by everyone, does get a best nom there.”
Check out a link to the full list of nominees in our transcript section.

ANNE HATHAWAY: “But the thought has crossed my mind that if I [was] on ‘Glee’ what would I like to do? And I would want to do two duets. I would want to do a duet with the young man who plays Kurt.” (MTV)
Hollywood superstar actress, Anne Hathaway, networked her ‘gleek’ self onto a future episode of hit musical comedy-drama, “Glee.”
“Anne’s golden Glee dream comes true. Showbiz Tonight has just learned that Anne will premiere on ‘Glee’ after a public plea and met ‘Glee’ creator, Ryan Murphy, at the Golden Globes and the two sealed a ‘Glee’ deal.” (CNN)
Hathaway is set to guest star as the bullied gay teen Kurt Hummel’s lesbian aunt.
E! found out the Glee cast was surprised with the idea of another, new high-profile celebrity guest starring on their hit show soon after the Globes.
Reporter: “Now I heard a big scoop, Anne Hathaway is going to be on the show? Is that correct?”
Glee Co-creator: “Yes.”
Reporter: “Did some of you not even know that?”
Glee Cast: (multiple responses)
But Murphy tells People Magazine Hathaway approached him with the character she wants to portray.
“She’s already created [her role]… She wants to play the lesbian aunt of Chris Colfer. Because everyone needs a lesbian aunt.”
Chris Colfer - who plays Kurt Hummel - fresh off of his Globe win as best supporting actor in a TV series - seems to be quite fond of creating a family of famous celebrities. OnTop Magazine quotes the actor.
“Can you imagine a family with myself, Mike O’Malley (who plays Colfer’s father on the show), Julie Andrews and Anne Hathaway? That’s one hell of a family...”
But The Washington Post’s Jen Chaney questions “Glee” for having another high profile celebrity.
“So in summary: This comes as great news to fans of Hathaway who think she can add another shot of Gwyenth Paltrow-style energy to the show; terrible news to ‘Glee’ fans who are sick of all the stunt casting; and inconsequential news to everyone else on the planet.”
So what do you think? Should there be another high profile celebrity on “Glee”?

TMZ: “Congrats on passing Elvis”
Lea Michele: “Omigod did that happen?!”
TMZ: “Yeah, they said you guys just passed Elvis"
Lea Michele: “Oh cool! Thanks for letting me know. I get all my information from you guys about everything.”
The charts have Gleeked out! In just 18 months of appearing on the Billboard Hot 100 chart- Fox’s hit show, Glee has rewritten the record book.
“Glee dethrones the king! The Glee cast can now claim the history making title of most singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It was a crown held previously by the king himself, Elvis Presley. Glee now has 113 entries on the chart beating the Elvis record by 5.”
That’s right. The cast of Glee now boasts the most singles on the Billboard charts-- ever. The AV Club points out- Glee’s popular power might be a little overestimated.
“Elvis’ career predates the launch of the Hot 100 in 1958, and he managed to score several hits in the two years before Billboard officially started keeping track.”
Even so, WSB-TV’s Hot Topics says the young show has made quite an impact.
“Glee has only been on for two seasons and the show has already produced two platinum albums, two gold and has grabbed two Grammy nominations along with numerous Emmy’s and Golden Globes.”
With five or six new singles released nearly every week and no final season in sight- will anyone ever surpass Glee in number of singles on Billboard? Billboard responded,
“Of course, at this time in 2009, ‘Glee’ had yet to debut on TV. … Thus, if ‘Glee’ can overthrow the King so suddenly, perhaps another TV show can do the same to ‘Glee’ in the future.”
But one blogger for Miami New Times has a few “serious” questions as to why Glee songs- which are all covers of popular tunes- deserve to beat out an original artist.
1)“Is the Whole Country My Mom and Her Middle-Aged Gay Friends? ...
2) Did No One's Parents Make Them Listen to Elvis or the Beatles? ...
3) Has imitation trumped creative talent? ...
4) Is this proof that the impending apocalypse is well-deserved?”
So, power to the Gleeks or- put the King back on his throne?

The Artist has numerous Golden Globe nominations and certain Oscar consideration - is this film a must-see?
Angelina Jolie looked absolutely stunning at the Golden Globes, but there was one person who she said was even better looking than she was.
: This year's Golden Globes saw the stars looking their very best. But a lot of celebs didn't start their careers looking as glamorous...
When Christopher Plummer accepted his supporting actor Golden Globe award Sunday for his role in writer-director Mike Mills' film “Beginners,” he modestly apologized to his fellow nominees for his win. But don’t be fooled by the 82-year-old’s humility. “That was humor,” Plummer said backstage to reporters. More seriously, though, he said: “I always like to salute my competitors … No one is better than the other. It’s just that someone has to win.”
In “Beginners,” Plummer portrays Hal, an elderly widow who comes out as gay to his son, played by Ewan McGregor. Asked about the demonstrations — both anti-gay and pro-gay — taking place just outside the Beverly Hilton, Plummer called for tolerance. “Gay [people] are human beings … I know there is an awful lot of anti-gay feeling at this moment and I abhor it,” he said.
Speaking on his role, Plummer noted: “It was such an understated, human kind of character that I haven’t played for a long time. I’ve never had such a fun time.”
