Dior Inspired makeup tutorial - i WAnted to do this HOWTO because to me this image is art! Well I had fun making it and I hope you have fun watching it and that it doesn't suck too much. Hi Everybody! Well I know I said in my last vid (lady gaga painting) that I was gonna show you my new paintings but I saw something shinny and I got distracted :P I know this is no the type of vids I make but since I was gonna do this Dior look for Halloween I decided to make I video. Halloween Makeup Tutorial see ya next sunday! luvs u guys val Couple weeks ago I saw a poster for Rouge Dior Lipcolor and I have to say that I love the flowery blooming eye concept. So I decided to take inspiration from it and try and make a Halloween Look :) Info about Dior..... SO HAUTE Christian Dior makes beauty stylish As one of the most prestigious names in fashion, Christian Dior is known around the world as a brand that doesn't follow trends, but rather, sets them. Since launching its first couture collection in 1947, this French fashion house has been a name synonymous with style. The Dior name is equally as revered when it comes to beauty. In addition to the launch of Monsieur Dior's first couture collection in the 1940s, came the launch of their first fragrance, Miss Dior, named after his sister. The enigmatic perfume was an instant hit with high society and set the standard for what was to follow: Pure luxury. In 1954, Dior launched its first lipstick with a matte finish. There were eight colors, all shades of orange, to complement their seasonal haute couture collection. The popularity and demand for the lipstick was astonishing as women who couldn't wear Dior couture were given the same height of luxury from his lipstick. Since then, Dior has created 1,500 different shades of lipstick and maintained an ongoing tradition of seasonal collections, each inspired by the fashion looks that walk the runway every year. By the 1960s, Dior started to make major strides in makeup with a lip color that imparted a light, glossy finish, as well as provided care. It was the first moisturizing lipstick. Matching nail enamel, a groundbreaking concept at the time, was also introduced. Soon after, a complete cosmetics line followed, which included foundation, blush, powder, eyeshadow, and mascara, along with more lipstick and nail enamel. It was deemed "an explosion of color" and an overnight success. The 1970s brought trend-oriented makeup collections, in accord with their seasonal fashions, as well as the launch of skincare. The Dior skincare line was, for that time, extraordinarily advanced. The brand revolutionized antiaging with the invention of the liposome, which delivered incredible age-defying benefits and offered intense moisturizing capabilities. Today, Dior's skincare continues to produce breakthrough, antiaging treatments with eight, innovative, high-tech lines addressing specific skin concerns. As a result of their vision to merge the fashion and beauty, Dior has created some of the most coveted products to date, such as their jewel-encrusted palettes, crystal-studded lip gloss rings, and vanity-worthy fragrances. Every product brings a new and different level of luxury and prestige to the industry. By focusing on what is fashionable, yet not losing sight of what is functional, Dior has taken the beauty world by storm—and made it stylish in the process. quoted from sephora *******www.sephora****/browse/brand_hierarchy.jhtml?brandId=Dior

Watch in high quality for more realistic colors. An extreme look for Halloween, if you want to be a glammed up, sexy vampire. Have a fun and SAFE Halloween! Optional accessory: Lestat on your arm. ;P OK I had to add this: People commenting about the fangs. I bought the cheapest ones available because I am using them for the tutorial ONLY. If you dress up as a vampire, by all means, spend more on fangs so that you can talk better with them, that they look more realistic, etc. I don't see the point in buying expensive fangs just for the sake of the videos. If it distracts you that much, please feel free to send me a donation via Paypal so that I don't have to spend anymore of my OWN money buying props and makeup and accessories to make these tutorials for you guys. RELAX, THE VOICE WAS FOR FUN! Obviously! If you watch it near the end you would know! I remember Wendy was telling me how Disney Princesses (in Disney World) have to talk like this all the time and stay in character! Haha. No but seriously, I couldn't wait to stop talking like this. Those poor Princesses! Yes this video was rushed. We started filming around 4 pm and the sun was going down. My part was super rushed, I filmed it in 20 minutes because the sun was setting and I was losing light. Regardless, you get the idea =) It's more for fun! My friend Wendy and I wanted to create Disney Princesses looks! She came to LA and stayed at Disneyland! How appropriate? :) Wendy is Rapunzel and I'm Ariel! Please enjoy this tutorial! Wendy's look is more wearable. So you don't have to wear a costume to tock her look. My look...yeah...you're going to have to go as Ariel... Wendy's blog, please check it out! It's a fun read! *******xiaxue.blogspot****/ Circle Lens from *******www.honeycolor****/ iQQU's new Stippling Brush, only $12.00! *******www.iqqubeauty****/index.php/products/iqqu-stippling-brush.html iQQU Red Kabuki *******iqqubeauty****/index.php/products/red-kabuki.html ♥ Follow me on twitter! ♥ *******www.twitter****/ricebunny ♥ If you have a Facebook, please add me! ♥ *******www.facebook****/pages/Michelle-Phan/53754642881
