Wild Bill Cooksey, Las Vegas songwriter, recording artist, and casino entertainer sings about our highway heroes, the truckers, who supply us with so many items that we use everyday. This is dedicated to all truckers, those of today, and those of the past. It is also a remembrance of all our highway heroes who have died in accidents. Canʼt tell you how many times it took to make this work, but.... oh, wait, yes I can - ONE. Because I'm actually GOOD at Bike Hero. No closed roads, no CGI, no planted cars or joggers, no hidden cuts in camera moves. Just Dragonforce, a pair of wheels, and cojones the size of grapefruits. Some viral seeder account linked me to Bike Hero when it first was getting popular. Hah! They probably hoped I would pass it along and tell my friends about it, or make a response video and give it more attention! I bet they never thought I'd... ... ...wait a minute. This video owes its existence to Roadie Brandon Laatsch and Helmet Technician Matt Arnold.

This is the first part of a conversation I had with Greg Grunberg who plays Matt "The Mind Reader" Parkman on the TV show Heroes about Twitter. Twitter can be called a lot of things, but one of the things it is is a great facilitator. It facilitates connections that make real differences in people's lives. Greg Grunberg (greggrunberg) started using Twitter. My friend Rick "MacMerc" Yeager (rickmacmerc) likes Heroes and when he noticed that Greg was using Twitter, he offered Greg some tough love to to help him get the most out of his Twittering. Greg and Rick became friends and now they're business partners. They'll be launching an iPhone App soon called Yowza!! My friends Dave (davecurlee) and Kat Curlee (katcurlee) recently found out their daughter has epilepsy. Kat shared the news on Twitter. Greg Grunberg has a son with Epilepsy and he serves as the Chair for the National Walk for Epilepsy. He reached out to Kat with encouragement and advice and really helped to alleviate tons of anxiety Dave and Kat were feeling. Greg, Rick, Dave and Kat all connected on Twitter and it didn't matter that one of them was a famous TV guy. Twitter just put them on equal footing as nice people who could help each other. The National Walk for Epilepsy will be held in Washington, DC on the National Mall, Saturday, March 28, 2009. Greg is walking for his son's team, Jake's Crazy Brain Waves. Glaswegian, John Smeaton has become an International hero. On June 30th 2007 Smeato, as he is known now, assisted police in disabling (via the dreaded Glasgow Banjo punch-move) two suspected bombers who had driven a flaming Jeep into the front entrance of Glasgow International Airport. Two endeavoring, newly founded Smeato fans try to track down his upbringing, his schooling, his influences- try to work out what makes Smeato the man, the myth, the mighty hero. This film attempts to confirm facts as reported on johnsmeaton**** as well as gauge an official response from the police and the Home Office. Check out www.johnsmeaton**** and pledge the man a pint... he already has over 1000 waiting for him, but has thirsty scottish friends... go on add one yerself! Digg it baby! And please help us get him more pints by rating the clip above 3 stars! The next part is on route.... the man and his pints! "What's the score? I've got to get this sorted" John Smeaton Baggage Handler
