For my Senior Cello Recital at James Madison University in March 2006, I decided that my recital needed something extra. This is the encore of my recital. If you can name all of the zelda themes used in this medley, you are as cool as me. Enjoy! for those wondering how i got the sheet music. i listened to the hyrule symphony mp3 and figured out all the parts from that and put it in finale. i then added two sections (dungeon from link 2 and zeldas lullaby) and changed around some other stuff (like adding the full version of the original).

This is a tribute to the main threat to Link in The Legend of Zelda series. Possessing the Triforce of Power and having at hand a legion of loyal followers, Ganondorf has proven time and again, he is one tough foe to beat. Stabbed in the head, stabbed all together, watch out Hero of Hyrule, Ganondorf will be back soon. Enjoy.

Top Animators Create Exclusive The Legend of Zelda Clips with Nintendo DSi The Legend of Zelda(tm): Spirit Tracks recently launched for the Nintendo DS(tm) and Nintendo DSi(tm) system, adding an extraordinary new chapter to one of the most beloved video game series of all time. To help celebrate the game's release, Nintendo worked with Aardman Animations (the creators of Wallace & Gromit) to create three exclusive animations, each featuring scenarios inspired by the game and starring its iconic hero, Link(tm). These three animations were created with Flipnote Studio(tm), a zero Nintendo DSi Points(tm) downloadable application for the Nintendo DSi system. A wireless broadband Internet connection is required for access to the Nintendo DSi Shop. With Flipnote Studio, anyone can draw a series of images using the Nintendo DSi touch screen to create their own custom animations, just like flipping through a series of drawings on a notepad. Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda video game series has captivated generations of video game fans, and these Flipnote Studio animations really show off the spirit of fun and adventure in the new game. Plus they're just cool to watch, and serve as inspiration to non-expert animators who want to try their hands at creating their own animations with Flipnote Studio. In The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, heroic Link teams with Princess Zelda(tm) for the first time in the 23 year history of the series, embarking on an original quest to save the land of Hyrule from ruin. This unforgettable saga allows players to navigate perilous dungeons, solve mind-bending puzzles and explore a massive world on Link's customizable train. The Legend of Zelda is a high fantasy action-adventure video game series created by Japanese game designers Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka and developed and published by Nintendo with some portable installments such as The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap developed by Flagship/Capcom. The gameplay consists of a mixture of action, adventure, puzzle solving, and role-playing. The series centers on Link, the main playable character and protagonist. Link is often given the task of rescuing Princess Zelda and the most common setting of the series, Hyrule, from Ganondorf, also known as Ganon who is the primary antagonist of the series. However, other settings and antagonists have appeared throughout the games, with Vaati having recently become the series' secondary antagonist. The story commonly involves a relic known as the Triforce, a set of three golden triangles of omnipotence. The protagonist in each game is usually not the same incarnation of Link, but a few exceptions do exist.

Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time from Nintendo for the Nintendo GameCube. This version of Ocarina of Time was released in 2003 as a free pre-order gift with the new Zelda game The Wind Waker. What makes this a nice port is the GameCube. Nintendo's purple cube cleans up the muddiness that was characteristic of even the best-looking Nintendo 64 games. The resolution was upped, which gives everything a clearer and sharper look, and the game even supports 480p for those with HD TVs and component cables. Hyrule was a gorgeous place in 1998, and although the textures and models do look dated, the art and presentation look better than ever. This video review features video gameplay footage of the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo GameCube and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
